Arun Valmiki, a resident of Sarojini Nagar, Kanpur was held in the night of Nov 30 from the Kanpur city and had confessed to damaging the Ambedkar statue in Kakadeo area on Wednesday along with two associates, said Senior Superintendent of Police P C Meena. According to Meena, Valmiki told the police during interrogation that he and his friends were drunk at the time and they had no political associations!!The story is same as the Malegaon blast where SIMI executed blasts with intention of spreading communal riot as in Gujarat by burning the Sabarmati Express at Godhara. Now in Kanpur dalit damaged the statue of Ambedakar under a conspiracy of such dalit organization which are foreign funded and headed by non-dalits and non-Indians with the help of such dalit leaders who are spreading hate against Hindus. Religious and Caste based leaders becomes Secular
Dr. Ambedkar was not against Hinduism. He opposed caste based society but Italian Christian Sonia led UPA adopted caste based reservation to divide Hindus and Religious based Sachchar committee to divide the unity of India . .

Conversion threatening a new conspiracy
Janmat news channel reported the incident of Karnal and Saharsamay reportred an incident of Madhya Pradesh. The both incidents say the story of new technique of conversion threats adopted by these foreign funded conspirators.

The majority decision, delivered in response to a petition filed by some of the accused in the JMM bribery case, meant that all those who cast their votes in the Lok Sabha, including the bribe-takers in the JMM case, enjoyed the protection of Article 105. The CBI had said Jha's knowledge of the alleged deal between Congress and JMM to save the then P V Narasimha Rao Government in the January 1993 no-confidence motion had led to his murder.

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Shibu Soren had a strong motive to get rid of his former personal assistant Shashinath Jha, the Central Bureau of Investigation has told the court of Additional Sessions Judge BR Kedia.Appearing for the CBI, AK Singh submitted that Shashinath Jha was killed because he had been asking for more money than granted from the booty of Rs 60 lakh allegedly paid to the JMM MPs for their 'favourable' vote on the floor of Lok Sabha. Shashikant Jha being a secretary of Soren was aware of the details about the bribe received by Soren to support the minority P V Narasimha Rao Government in 1993.
“We have got justice but the two boys have not yet been charged by the CBI. They had asked us to take Rs 20 lakh and close the case. But I had resolved that I will fight for justice till I die," said Priyamvada Jha, Shashinath Jha's mother.

The agency had also contended that three days before his mysterious disappearance, Jha had allegedly sodomised a JMM activist -- a relative of Soren.
The chargesheet had alleged that Jha was taken by Nandu, the prime accused and five others at a house at Piska in Ranchi on May 22, 1994 and after that they killed him in a nearby jungle and buried his body.

The agency had said Jha was last seen in the company of Mehta.
The CBI had exhumed a skeleton from Piska Nagari in 1998 and claimed it was that of Jha.

Following the recovery of the skeleton, Soren and six others were arrested in the case. The CBI had said Jha had on several occasions allegedly demanded money from Soren to suppress the facts relating to the no-confidence motion.
The investigating agency had said that Soren initially paid Rs 15 lakhs to Jha to establish a garment export factory in South Delhi and when the business failed, the victim began extorting money which finally led to his murder.

Shashikant Jha being a secretary of Soren was aware of the details about the bribe received by Soren to support the minority P V Narasimha Rao Government in 1993.
“We have got justice but the two boys have not yet been charged by the CBI. They had asked us to take Rs 20 lakh and close the case. But I had resolved that I will fight for justice till I die," said Priyamvada Jha, Shashinath Jha's mother.

The agency had also contended that three days before his mysterious disappearance, Jha had allegedly sodomised a JMM activist -- a relative of Soren.
The chargesheet had alleged that Jha was taken by Nandu, the prime accused and five others at a house at Piska in Ranchi on May 22, 1994 and after that they killed him in a nearby jungle and buried his body.

The agency had said Jha was last seen in the company of Mehta.
The CBI had exhumed a skeleton from Piska Nagari in 1998 and claimed it was that of Jha.

Following the recovery of the skeleton, Soren and six others were arrested in the case. The CBI had said Jha had on several occasions allegedly demanded money from Soren to suppress the facts relating to the no-confidence motion.
The investigating agency had said that Soren initially paid Rs 15 lakhs to Jha to establish a garment export factory in South Delhi and when the business failed, the victim began extorting money which finally led to his murder.

Sardar Singh, whose son head constable Om Prakash died in the December 13, 2001 attack, lamented that calls for clemency to Afzal, who is facing execution in connection with the case, were "encouraging" terror in the country.

Aijaz is a friend of the police officer's brother-in-law, Altaf Hussain. DSP Davinder Singh, who admits to torturing Afzal, confirmed this.

Why Creamy Layers want to be parrots in captivity

I do not know why creamy layers like Ram Vilas Paswan, Meera Kumar, Mayavati, Ajit Jogi, Ramdas, Lalu Mulayam Yadavs and such others want to make their children parrots in captivity. Do not groom quota.

"It is the Supreme Court order and as a minister I would not comment on it. But our party has always believed that creamy layer should not be kept out," said Union Minister Ramvilas Paswan. Meera Kumar, daughter of Late Jagjivanram is also seeking cremy layer.

SC firm on keeping creamy layer out
Rejecting the PIL, filed by BJP MP Haribhau Rathod from Yavatmal in Maharashtra, Supreme Court has dug in its heels over the denial of quota benefits to the "creamy layer" among the backwards, saying that acting otherwise would defeat the legislature's own intent to use reservations for the benefit of the economically backward among OBCs. The court said the other petition filed by Babu Jagjiwan Ram Samata Andolan seeking application of the "creamy layer" exclusion policy to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes is pending decision before the court.

Digging Creamy layer
The report of the A N Sattanathan Commission submitted in 1970 recommended the removal of the 'creamy layer' from the list of beneficiaries -- exclusion of those families of salaried persons whose annual income exceeded Rs 9,000, landowners with more than 10 acres of land and business people with taxable income exceeding Rs 9,000. The then DMK government did not attempt to eliminate the creamy layer.
"If you look at the employment data, the MBCs, the SCs and the STs have not benefited. The real needy will benefit only when we remove the creamy layer. For the last 56 years, reservation has not reached the needy, and there is data to show that," Professor Radhakrishnan insisted.

The AIADMK ministry headed by M G Ramachandran issued a Government Order in July 1979 prescribing an annual income lower than Rs 9,000 for Backward Classes as eligibility to get the benefits of reservation.

"If you look at the employment data, the MBCs, the SCs and the STs have not benefited. The real needy will benefit only when we remove the creamy layer. For the last 56 years, reservation has not reached the needy, and there is data to show that," Professor Radhakrishnan insisted.

The sad tragedy in all this is that the UPA government is determined to create a solid psychological dependency syndrome among vulnerable groups; by so doing, their votes would be taken for granted at election time. In the past I went to my in-laws house. I was having dinner there. While exchanging gossip, I heard some noise under the dinner table. Out of curiosity I looked under and saw a parrot. A grown up parrot walking under the table! Incidentally it became the subject of the chatting.

I found the fact sheet of the parrot in conversation. The parrot could not fly. It was neither sick nor was its wings clipped. It eats everything that the family eats. I learned that initially the baby parrot was fed star fruits and hot chillies, as a wild parrot would normally eat. Later it was introduced to cooked dishes. With time, the parrot developed the habit of eating everything the family ate.

In between our conversations, the parrot was picked up from the floor and placed on a bookcase across the room. After walking around for a while on the bookcase, it jumped down and landed on the floor. While jumping down, the parrot flipped its wings, giving me the impression that it was flying.

No, the parrot could not fly – it could only flip its wings while jumping down. It was unable to fly like a normal bird could. It was a healthy and otherwise a normal bird, but it forgot to fly because of its captivity.

The inherent power of a bird is to fly - overcome the challenges of nature to live and sustain itself. But this parrot could do neither. Although otherwise normal, it lacked the very inherent power of a parrot. In fact, if set free, it would not even survive. Though, owners take care of birds, although lovingly, the owners practically “disabled” the parrot.

I have forgotten to mention. I went to the in-laws house after purchasing a cosmetic pack branded as “Lalu Chale Sasural (‘Lalu goes to in-laws house’)” which had become extremely popular among rural Bihari babus, especially in the areas such as Vaishali, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga and Samastipur. SIMI and Seculars
I would like to remind the UP Chief Minister that his own state police have arrested six SIMI activists in connection with last year's attack on the Ayodhya temple. So many cases were in the court for hearing but for getting votes and support his government took back and many SIMI leaders became free from the prisons. There have been several attacks and explosions on Hindu temples and even Malegaon blasts on the pious Friday of Ramzan in India by the terrorists with the support of SIMI. Kalia gang got Anant on the night of Nov 15 and they kept the child safe. They hide in khaddar of 6-7 ft height grass. They have contact for hiding and leaving safe as the directed place. This gang did this for getting 11 lacs. This gang did not receive the contracted money with in 2 hours as said. So Ashok of Kalia group appeared before the Star news channel and told the full story of kidnapping. His story goes against the police findings.
Police said that the kidnap drama was the handiwork of a gang of four amateurs, which included the security guard of the Gupta house. The mastermind was one Chhatrapal, an employee of the dairy booth located opposite the Gupta residence. The police said they have arrested a gang member Jitendra, in a joint operation with the STF and the local police, but the other three are absconding. “Our priority was the safe release of the child. Now that we have got him back all those involved in the kidnapping will be held soon,” said SK Bhagat, SSP, STF.

The system can be configured to be wirelessly monitored
The system helps keep track of the child's latitude and longitude and sends the information by GPRS to a remote server that the parents can then access. The product, developed by A.H. Shanavas and Gaurav S. Kasbekar, is sponsored by Wipro. It helps parents track the movements of school children and has an emergency button. "The children can put it in their school bags or wear it on their belts," said Mr. Shanavas. The team has tested the device on 300 children.
The device costs Rs. 25,000 but Wipro officials said that was because it was a prototype. "We have got the technolog. We will now work on it and develop it to make it economical."

MUMBAI, India -- A school bus operator -- sitting in front of a computer, monitoring the fleet of buses and pin-pointing the movement of each and every bus in real time as children are dropped home -- is not a scene from a sci-fi movie.
The Cathedral and John Connan High School in Fountain has beaten BEST buses and BMC to installing Global Positioning System (GPS) units in each of its 52 buses, making it a first for city schools.
This satellite-based tracking system, installed in August, will be fully functional in a month's time and enable both school authorities and school bus operators to track the buses.
"This will greatly enhance security, as we will no longer be dependent on a call from the driver or the attendant in case of an emergency," school principal Meera Isaacs said.
Eaga India , a multinational company based in Kolkata, provides the GPS service to Cathedral School . "We provide GPS for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, but this is the first time we are providing the service to a school," said Eaga India executive director Ian Colquhoun said.

Verizon Wireless plans to launch a child tracking service
According to a report in Red Herring, Verizon Wireless plans to launch a child tracking service this May. The service will debut on the LG Migo, a kid-friendly phone that the carrier launched late last year. Privacy concerns have stalled the launch of a GPS based tracking service so far, but Verizon Wireless has apparently decided that it will be a popular feature for safety-conscience parents. This jives with what we have heard from LG representatives--the functionality has always been in the Migo, but it's up to Verizon Wireless to make use of it.
Joe Astroth, Autodesk’s vice president of Location Based Services, talks about the service:
The Chaperone service will cost between $10 and $15 per month, and parents will be able to locate the Migo phone within several yards using the parent’s cell phone or an Internet site, Mr. Astroth said. The parent will also be able to receive a text message if the child leaves a designated area in a service called “geo-fencing.”
Child tracking won't be the only location based service that Verizon Wireless will launch, expect a turn-by-turn navigation service called VZ Navigator to launch later this year. It's only one of a handful of services expected to debut.

Self-government in British and Congress led UPA Rule
The first steps were taken toward self-government in British India in the late 19th century with the appointment of Indian counsellors to advise the British viceroy and the establishment of provincial councils with Indian members; the British subsequently widened participation in legislative councils with the Indian Councils Act of 1892. The intentions of the British were questioned. How humanitarian was their concern for the minorities? Were separate electorates a manifestation of "divide and rule"? Now the intention of Congress led government is the same.

Future generations may find it hard to believe that there was an age and time when ministers used to have something called collective responsibility. Once a decision was taken in a Cabinet meeting, it was honored and defended by everyone. In the UPA government, ministers criticize almost every such decision none too guardedly the moment they come out of the meeting. As if that is not bad enough, they have also taken to bad-mouthing each other. This kind of irresponsible behavior has crossed all limits of civility of late. The other day, Union Rural Development Minister Raghuvansh Prasad Singh publicly accused his colleague Ram Vilas Paswan of sheltering dacoits (“Daku paalte hain”). To pay him back in the same coin, the Steel Minister countered: “Raghuvansh Babu ke yahan sab sadhu palte hain kya?” (Are there only saints at Raghuvansh’s house?). A minister using such street language is shocking enough. Aiming it at a ministerial colleague is simply unbelievable.

Shri Lalu Prasad Yadav and Shri Ram Vilas even publicly leveled against each other grave charges of corruption. Their war of words continues even today. The public expression of differences between the Defense Minister and the Law Minister over the filing of the first affidavit relating to the defense deals, the public airing of differences between the Labor Minister and the Finance Minister over the interest rate of EPF, between the Petroleum Minister and the Finance Minister over the fixing of petroleum product prices, the External Affairs Minister’s shocking statement in an interview to a South Korean newspaper, urging Korea not to emulate India’s “wrong example” of conducting nuclear tests at Pokharan in 1998, are all examples of the erosion of the concept of collective responsibility of the Cabinet under this Government.

Issue of reservation for Muslims hotted up
The controversy over the issue of reservation for Muslims hotted up with JD (U) opposing any such move while at least three Central ministers have demanded that private companies provide reservation to minorities. Minorities Affairs Minister A R Anutlay even wants action against companies if they failed to do so. Chemical, Fertilizers and Steel Minister Ram Vilas Paswan, who enraged the pharmacy sector by slashing down drug prices, also supports reservation for minorities in the private sector. Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav too supported the idea. "Of course there should be quota. Just like everyone else, minorities should also be given," said Yadav.

Are the statements of Antuley, Moiley and Ram Vilas Paswan on religious based issue different to the decision of their government? Have they not gone against the principles of collective responsibility?

Congress running ‘Divide and rule’ machine
Divide and rule was the central plank of Britain’s imperial control from India to Ireland, and from Cyprus to Nairobi.

The British had followed a divide-and-rule policy in India. Even in the census they categorized people according to religion and viewed and treated them as separate from each other. They had based their knowledge of the peoples of India on the basic religious texts and the intrinsic differences they found in them instead of on the way they coexisted in the present.

Some of the mist over Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's promise of "fair share" for minorities in government jobs could be lifting. Congress on Nov 13 took ownership of proposals for quota benefits for Dalit Muslims and Christians aired by two senior Congress leaders A R Antulay and Veerappa Moily.

Self-government in British and Congress led UPA Rule
The first steps were taken toward self-government in British India in the late 19th century with the appointment of Indian counsellors to advise the British viceroy and the establishment of provincial councils with Indian members; the British subsequently widened participation in legislative councils with the Indian Councils Act of 1892. In Left supported UPA rule appointment of the ministers of the cabinet of PM Manmohan is to advise the Italian viceroy ?Sonia Gandhi. .

The Government of India Act of 1909 — also known as the Morley-Minto Reforms (John Morley was the secretary of state for India, and Gilbert Elliot, fourth earl of Minto, was viceroy) — gave Indians limited roles in the central and provincial legislatures, known as legislative councils.

Morley made it clear in introducing the legislation to the British Parliament that parliamentary self-government was not the goal of the British government. According to Morley-Minto Reforms the "electorate" was limited, however, to a small group of upper-class Indians. These elected members increasingly became an "opposition" to the "official government". Communal electorates were later extended to other communities and made a political factor of the Indian tendency toward group identification through religion. The practice created certain vital questions for all concerned.

The intentions of the British were questioned. How humanitarian was their concern for the minorities? Were separate electorates a manifestation of "divide and rule"? Now the intention of Congress led government is the same.

Congress party spokesperson Satyavrat Chaturvedi said the party did not support reservation based on religion, but on social and educational backwardness. Probed if the party endorsed Sachar Committee conclusion that all Muslims were socially and educationally backward, the spokesperson said, “The findings will be examined by the Government and appropriate action taken.” How the Congress is making fool even the media. You hold the ear this or that from this side or from other side, what makes the difference?

Congress led UPA Government is on the path of Jinnah
Jinnah, who was born in 1876, studied law in England and began his career as an enthusiastic liberal in Congress on returning to India. In 1913 he joined the Muslim League, which had been shocked by the 1911 annulment of the partition of Bengal into cooperating with Congress to make demands on the British. Jinnah continued his membership in Congress until 1919. During this dual membership period, he was described by a leading Congress spokesperson, Mrs. Sarojini Naidu, as the "ambassador of Hindu-Muslim unity".

UPA Government can also be described as the “"ambassador of Hindu-Muslim unity". Muslim league is its half brother and also partner in the government. PDP is an ally of Congress in J&K. Its founder leader former CM Mufti Sayeed said that Kashmir would be the bridge betweent Pakistan and India. Has Kashmir identity different to India? They are also talking for self rule in J&K as Morley-Minto gifted Indians in British rule.

Arunanchal: Why Left deceives as 1962

One has to understand that it has never cost China anything [apart from a communiqué from the Xinhua news agency] to claim these areas as theirs. Further, the Chinese rightly thought that these claims could be extremely useful in the future. This explains why even today they claim Arunachal Pradesh as theirs.

An amusing incident occurred a few years ago when Gegong Apang was chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh. He had been invited to a conference in China. When he requested a visa from the Chinese embassy in Delhi to attend the function, he was told he did not need a visa as he was a Chinese national!

Transplantation
China claims and attacks again and again Arunanchal, so India gave up its claim to Aksai Chin. Whose bullets on India’s head? Who wants to grab Arunachal? An organ transplant is the transplantation of a whole or partial organ from one body to another (or from a donor site on the patient's own body), for the purpose of replacing the recipient's damaged or failing organ with a working one from the donor site. Organ donors can be living, or deceased as per the accepted definition.

Suicidal genetic thrust for friendship.
India has been facing since Independence; one sees a long tale of failed negotiations even when India had a stronger moral (and often military) position than the opposite camp. The main reason behind all these failures seems to be this genetic thrust for friendship.

Take December 1947. The Kashmir issue could have been solved within a couple of weeks had Nehru not decided, for the sake of his friendship with the Mountbattens, to take the matter to the UN when our brave army was droving the Pakistnai army to say themselves Kabilies.

In the fifties, for Hindi-Chini Bhai-Bhai, 'friendship' on the advise of comrade former Defense Minister Krishna Menon to bear the stab in the back of the nation. At that time Nehru was so redish that he melted and chose to close his eyes to what was happening in Tibet.

The Indian military attaché in Beijing had informed the defence ministry of the construction of the Aksai Chin road as early as 1955 (this appears clearly in the Official Report of the 1962 war), but for the sake of 'friendship' with Zhou Enlai, Nehru decided to keep it secret for three more years.
Other examples are Indira Gandhi in Simla, Shastri in Tashkent, Vajpayee's bus to Lahore, when Musharraf was quietly planning the Kargil war and now the visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao..

There is another common factor to all these negotiations, on their return to India, Indian leaders have always claimed a great victory for the country, for sake of mutual friendship and for world peace. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, in a recent speech, has lamented the lack of appreciation among our political leaders of the changing nature of our relationship with the world.

Comrades want independent foreign policy?
Lok Sabha Speker broke breads with political parties and CPI leader Bardhan AB Bardhan Parliamentary Affairs Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi to force UPA to allow address of a dictator Hu Jintao in the Parliament's joint sitting during his November 20-23 visit. Jyoti Basu has also told for this. But they could not get success in their evil effort. Strongly criticising the “pro-US tilt” in India’s foreign policy, the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPM), the ruling United Progressive Alliance’s (UPA) ally, has alleged that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s government has so far failed to pursue an independent foreign policy. The UPA had made a commitment to pursuing an independent foreign policy during government formation in May 2004, said senior CPM leader Sitaram Yechury, while participating in an interactive programme on BBC Hindi Service Sunday.

Communists of the world must unite!
The traditionally “red’’ Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) campus has managed to stay “red’’ yet again. The CPI (M)-backed student bodies emerged winner in the Jawharlal Nehru University. student elections. In 2004 at the first council meeting of JNU Students Union (JNUSU), Left outfits voted against a resolution condemning China for repeatedly showing Arunanchal Pradesh as not being a part of India. The one line resolution reads: "The council condemns the Republic of China for continuing to show Arunachal Pradesh as part of its territory." SFI, AISF and AISA (Wings of the left parties) representatives voted against the motion, thereby verifying that they actually support the Chinese claim of Arunachal Pradesh being a part of Chinese territory. Their voting against the motion is a betrayal of the very Constitution of our country and has exposed the anti-national character of the Left.
Whow are anti-national
China is India's largest neighbor and is central to Indian strategic thinking. India suffered a major military defeat in the 1962 border war with China and it fears Chinese intransigence on other territorial claims. China still occupies 38,000 square kilometers of Kashmir, and it claims another 90,000 square kilometers in the Indian state of Arunanchal Pradesh. Who can forget the stand of the Left in the 1962 war with China, when they openly supported the Chinese aggression by stating that the war was over a piece of land that India claims to be India's and China claims to be China's. Left outfits owe an explanation to the whole nation for such a blatant anti-national stand. Comrades’ words are still sounding in my ears:
“China took such Himalayan lands where even grass can’t be grown”. I am myself a living evidence of this.

Mush Hu Cones & Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai
The incursion by the People's Liberation Army PLA into Arunachal Pradesh during Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's trip to China is part of Beijing's continuous efforts to keep India on the backfoot. When Vajpayee was at Lahore to shake hands with Pak PM Nawaz Sharif, Mush was going to attack Kargils with nuke. Pt Nehru preached ‘Panchsheel’ and in return Chau gave war.

China’s guns on the roads of grabbed Aksai Chin
Defense analysists have doubt that Arunachal interests China all that much. It is far more interested in the 38,000 sq km of the Aksai Chin area of J&K which India claims is under illegal Chinese occupation since the late 1950s and the 5,180 sq km of Pakistan occupied Kashmir which was ceded to China in 1963. But can India afford to officially give up nearly 20 per cent of undivided J&K?

Manmohan & McMohan
In the late 1950s and early 1960s, Chinese troops repeatedly crossed the McMohan Line laid down by the British, capturing Indian soldiers and posts. This culminated in the 1962 border war in which India was totally trounced. However, due to overstretched supply lines, the Chinese unilaterally withdrew behind the McMohan line and announced a ceasefire. But Beijing never did accept the line -- which it described as an imperial legacy -- as the official boundary and refused to accept the existence of the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Comrades should explain their PM Manmohan which is greater imperialist among China and America in the interest of India. Which grabs our territory?

Ahead of Chinese President Hu Jintao's visit here next week, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee told reporters 'The whole of Arunachal Pradesh is an integral part of India,’ Mukherjee was replying to a question about Chinese ambassador Sun Yuxi's remarks in an interview to CNN-IBN claiming the whole of Arunachal Pradesh as part of Chinese territory.
