Anant Rescue in 5 crore? Keep GPS in shoe to stop kidnapping

Star news showed Ashok of Kalia gang who got Anant to hide & left him near Appolo hospital. Jatin Sirohi gang gave Anat to Kalia gang for hiding. Keep GPS in child shoe/bag to catch kidnapper & raper.
Other gang named is Bhati. Ransom of 5 crore be said by Ashok. Other gangs might be involved. Kaod village of Bulandshahar comes in the picture.
Kalia gang got Anant on the night of Nov 15 and they kept the child safe. They hide in khaddar of 6-7 ft height grass. They have contact for hiding and leaving safe as the directed place. This gang did this for getting 11 lacs. This gang did not receive the contracted money with in 2 hours as said. So Ashok of Kalia group appeared before the Star news channel and told the full story of kidnapping. His story goes against the police findings.
Police said that the kidnap drama was the handiwork of a gang of four amateurs, which included the security guard of the Gupta house. The mastermind was one Chhatrapal, an employee of the dairy booth located opposite the Gupta residence. The police said they have arrested a gang member Jitendra, in a joint operation with the STF and the local police, but the other three are absconding. “Our priority was the safe release of the child. Now that we have got him back all those involved in the kidnapping will be held soon,” said SK Bhagat, SSP, STF.
Ashok of kalia gang said that the ransom of 5 crore is given but his gnag’s share was only ii lacs which the gang could not get.
From the beginning Ashok Gupat said that money 6o lacs was demanded. But neither he nor police disclosed that ransom 50 lacs is paid. They disclosed this after seizing 50 lacs.
Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh was present in the house of Naresh Gupta after seizure and at the time of reaching Anant upto the home of Naresh Gupta at Noida. Why?
So many questions arise which are unanswered uptill now. Would Police and UPGovernment give satisfactory answer with facts? Catch Child raper and kidnappers. India has developed a child tracking device in the mobile phonem size and can be fitted into a child’s shoe, belt or wristwatch. GPS in School Buses Adds Security.
Success of tearful plea or Police investigation
A tearful plea from the parents of a kidnapped 2-year-old boy probably led to the child's safe recovery, police in Columbus in June 16, 2004 as reported by http://www.wxia . Three-year-old Anant Gupta, kidnapped son of a top executive, was today back with his family here after four days of captivity, but it was not clear how he was rescued. Is it success of a tearful plea of Anant’s father or the police authority?
Bags loaded in blue car
As a news channel reported there was a bule colored witheout name plate entered in the premises of naresh Gupta, some bags were loaded on that and there after car was out through the back popen place of the builing. This was confiremed by the watchman of the building. This incident creates suspense. Ransom money of 60 lacs has been demanded. Naresh Gupta was coninuruously in the touch of the kidnappers and receiving phone calls.
Nexus suspected between leaders kidnappers and the police
Third question also areises. Are police, leaders and kidnappers are shared the ransom money in this case also as some other cases? Money and vote are today’s most important factors now days. Leaders want votes and criminals want blessing of leaders and police.
Now following are some suggestions to prevent the kidnapping and rape cases.
These clues are given by IITian Narayan Agrawal who is a software engineer and previously competed a subject GIS under the Prof. A.K.Gosain in IIT-Delhi.

Parents worried about the whereabouts of their children can find solace in global positioning system technology as publicized by www.devlib.org and so many others.
Global Positioning System (GPS) is developed by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc.) as well as other organizations. The device is generally the size of a "sleek mobile phone" and can be fitted into a child’s shoe, belt, wristwatch, or, for an extra fee, be directly implanted into their eye socket.
Parents, in the meantime, can watch their little slave on a website, which will have a map of the locality in which the child is supposed to, as one of the project scientists says, "roam." And while the child is "roaming," perhaps burying a chicken bone it found at dinner, the parents can mark specific "danger zones" such as the front door or their parent’s heart that will send the parent an SMS and the child a warning buzz (think of it as an electric prod they use for sheep. ) The device also includes a panic button for the child to trigger in case of an emergency.
Finally, finally a gadget that aids parents in distancing themselves completely from their child — first it was the "Zaky Infant Pillow" (the creepiest thing ever created), now it’s this. A gadget that allows parents to spend some more time away from their children at a younger age — no more waiting for teenagehood, now you can let the little buggers out at 4-5 (as long as they stay out of the danger zones!)
Wipro also developed the deivice
There was news in the Hindu Daily. Using the technology, students at the Centre for Electronics Design and Technology (CEDT) at the Indian Institute of Technology have come up with a device that will enable parents to keep track of their children's movements using the Internet. The system can be configured to be wirelessly monitored
The system helps keep track of the child's latitude and longitude and sends the information by GPRS to a remote server that the parents can then access. The product, developed by A.H. Shanavas and Gaurav S. Kasbekar, is sponsored by Wipro. It helps parents track the movements of school children and has an emergency button. "The children can put it in their school bags or wear it on their belts," said Mr. Shanavas. The team has tested the device on 300 children.
The device costs Rs. 25,000 but Wipro officials said that was because it was a prototype. "We have got the technolog. We will now work on it and develop it to make it economical."
Catching sex offenders
As reported by foxnews — a program to monitor child sex offenders with electronic ankle bracelets equipped with global positioning devices should be in operation before the end of 2006, a state corrections official said. The abduction and killing of 10-year-old Jetseta Gage, of Cedar Rapids , last year prompted the Legislature to pass a law requiring closer monitoring of child sex offenders. Lawmakers provided $2.4 million for the Iowa Department of Corrections to establish the system.
India , GPS in School Buses Adds Security
MUMBAI, India -- A school bus operator -- sitting in front of a computer, monitoring the fleet of buses and pin-pointing the movement of each and every bus in real time as children are dropped home -- is not a scene from a sci-fi movie.
The Cathedral and John Connan High School in Fountain has beaten BEST buses and BMC to installing Global Positioning System (GPS) units in each of its 52 buses, making it a first for city schools.
This satellite-based tracking system, installed in August, will be fully functional in a month's time and enable both school authorities and school bus operators to track the buses.
"This will greatly enhance security, as we will no longer be dependent on a call from the driver or the attendant in case of an emergency," school principal Meera Isaacs said.
Eaga India , a multinational company based in Kolkata, provides the GPS service to Cathedral School . "We provide GPS for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, but this is the first time we are providing the service to a school," said Eaga India executive director Ian Colquhoun said.
Transtrite Telematics Pvt. Ltd of Mumbai can also provide these types of gadgets (divices).
Verizon Wireless plans to launch a child tracking service
According to a report in Red Herring, Verizon Wireless plans to launch a child tracking service this May. The service will debut on the LG Migo, a kid-friendly phone that the carrier launched late last year. Privacy concerns have stalled the launch of a GPS based tracking service so far, but Verizon Wireless has apparently decided that it will be a popular feature for safety-conscience parents. This jives with what we have heard from LG representatives--the functionality has always been in the Migo, but it's up to Verizon Wireless to make use of it.
Joe Astroth, Autodesk’s vice president of Location Based Services, talks about the service:
The Chaperone service will cost between $10 and $15 per month, and parents will be able to locate the Migo phone within several yards using the parent’s cell phone or an Internet site, Mr. Astroth said. The parent will also be able to receive a text message if the child leaves a designated area in a service called “geo-fencing.”
Child tracking won't be the only location based service that Verizon Wireless will launch, expect a turn-by-turn navigation service called VZ Navigator to launch later this year. It's only one of a handful of services expected to debut.
