CNN-IBN,reported and IBN-7 presented live telecast in which.DSP Davinder Singh and brothers of Afzal made statement. These versions could be seen by crores of the viewers. Akbar, the Special Operations Group man, who was tasked with the arrest of Afzal and Shaukat, is now facing death threats from terrorist groups.

Is this not revolt against India?

The Union Minister for Law and Justice H R Bhardwaj today said that law need changes to tackle terrorism.

Opposite to this PM Manmohan Singh said that with in the purview of present law quick decision should be on the cases against the terrorists. Who believe this confused government? Its ministers make always statements to contradict the statements of other ministers.

Former CM of J & K Farooq Abdulla even crated terror attack on the judges of the Supreme Court who gave the judgement of death penalty to Afzal. He is also a mercy seeker for Afzal.

Congress CM Gulam of Afzal and former CM Mufti Sayeed of its allies PDP initiated ‘Save Afzal’ moove with the support of foreighn funded human activists, Arundhati Roy and Medha Patkar of Narbada Bachao Andolan, Congress treasurer Motilal Vora, CPM, NCP of Sharad Pawar and other fake secularists.
If this is not the sign of revolt then let us know what is revolt against a nation?

Why PM and Super PM silent?
The Congress must have to answer why it has been supporting Afzal Guru responsible for the attack. Why Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh keep silent? Why they did not oppose and stop the leaders of their party and their allies who publicly demanded mercy for Afzal? Smt Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh have to answer why the Congress has taken such a soft stand to dishonor the martyr who sacrifices their lives to save them.

Afzal’s Brother is loyal to India instead of Italy
In Bihar Congress was worshiped in the temple for the victory of Italy in World Football Cup to keep Sonia’s photo before them. This is a sample of many examples.

“Under Article 372 of the Constitution, Afzal has every right to make an appeal against the capital punishment awarded to him by the court,” Congress MP and noted lawyer Abhisek Manu Singhvi said, while participating in a short duration discussion in the Rajya Sabha on the internal. As a law graduate I want to ask Sanghvi under which article Congress CM Gulam of Afzal with other Congress leaders and the allies of Congress seeking mercy for Afzal? ?Why did not they use their this right at the time of Dhanjay Chatterjee hanging? Is Santosh Singh traitor and Afzal patriot?

“It was during the NDA regime that Peter Bleach, the prime convict in the Purulia arms dropping case, was physically let free and escorted out of the country,” Singhvi said. Then why UPA brought Abu Salem from Portugal to make the promise for not hanging? Is trial of Afzal going on abroad?

Even now patriot Congress is shamelessly making arguments to save Afzal.

Families of security personnel who died in the 2001 terrorist attack on Parliament have said they would return posthumous bravery medals to President A P J Abdul Kalam if the Government did not reject clemency pleas for death-row convict Mohammad Afzal by December 13.

Afzal Guru’s seven-year-old son Ghalib accompanied Guru’s wife Tabassum to Rashtrapati Bhawan, requesting clemency for him, told the President that his dream was to become a doctor and for that he needed his father around. ‘I cannot fulfil my dream if you hang my father’.

One should take Ghalib to meet the innocent orphan kids of Kashmiri Pandits, who are lying on the streets for that they needed their fathers around.Can the Seekers of pardon for Afzal bring back their father’s who were killed without reason by many Afzals?

The family of CRPF Jawan Kamlesh Kumari, who was martyred in the attack on Parliament in 2001, has warned to return the Ashok Chakra awarded to Kamlesh posthumously if President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam accepts the mercy appeal of Mohammed Afzal Guru, the Parliament attack convict. Kalam and Secular Cabinet should hear the kids of terrorists and the kids of the victims of terrorism. Blood is blood of whom se ever. Don’t think:-Your blood is blood and others blood is water.

"The honour that we received was an honour to our beloveds who sacrificed their lives in the attack. But if the Government does not turn down clemency pleas for Afzal, we will have no option but to return the bravery medals to the President," Jayawati, widow of Delhi police head constable Bijender Singh, said.

Sardar Singh, whose son head constable Om Prakash died in the December 13, 2001 attack, lamented that calls for clemency to Afzal, who is facing execution in connection with the case, were "encouraging" terror in the country.

"Geelani's defence of Afzal is also surprising. We will also file a PIL seeking reopening of case against him as there were numerous weaknesses in his prosecution," AIATF chief Bitta said.

Afzal is a terrorist?
And was he involved in the Parliament attack?
"He was a part of JeM and he’s very much part of that conspiracy," Inspector General, J&K Police, S M Sahai states emphatically
"If it was cleared five-six years ago then what do they want to prove now? In his letter also Afzal has admitted to some extent. Now what do that want to prove?" Afzal’s elder brother, Aijaz Guru asks.

Afzal’s brother Aijaz, too, speaks on the same lines. "I will talk straight. I swear to Khuda that Afzal was a Jaish-e-Mohammad operative. Through Jaish he had helped in terror attacks in India," says Aijaz.

"He (Afzal) used to say that he doesn’t want to live here. He was worried that they (Jaish) will get after him. I sent him away but then suddenly I don’t know what happened to him. I don’t know how Gazi Baba influenced him to go to Delhi and work for him. That is the story of Afzal," Aijaz regrets.
"Whatever the country has decided for him is the right decision," Aijaz observes.

The dead terrorists not only gave a face to the terror attack, they also left the first clues: five cell phones and some scribbled numbers. Minutes before the attack, Afzal took three calls from a cell phone (98110693456) that was found on the body of Mohammad, one of the dead terrorists.

Investigating agencies next targeted Afsana Guru, Shaukat’s wife. When Afsana was arrested, she told the police that Afzal and Shaukat had left for Srinagar by a truck in which Shaukat usually carried fruit to Srinagar. The J&K Special Operations Group were alerted immediately.
The Special Operations Group arrested Afzal and Shaukat at the Parampora Mandi in Srinagar on December 14, 2001 morning. The Special Force also made some recoveries.

It was Aijaz, Afzal’s elder brother, who arranged for his release from the STF camp through a senior police officer, the then SSP of Budgam, Ashaq Hussain Bukhari. Aijaz is a friend of the police officer's brother-in-law, Altaf Hussain. DSP Davinder Singh, who admits to torturing Afzal, confirmed this.

"Haan, Altaf ne hi chhudvaya, he was the mediator otherwise Aijaz seedha Bukhari saab ke paas nahin ja sakta tha," Davinder testifies. (Yes, Altaf got Afzal released. Else, he could not have gone to Bukhari.)

Special Task Force (STF) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police picked up Mohammad Afzal in the summer of 2000 and tortured him during interrogation because they had got a tip-off one of their informers, Parvez, that Afzal could lead them to Jaish-e-Mohammad's chief in Jammu and Kashmir.
