Congress and CPM hammer the backbone of economy
PM Manmohan, Massiah of liberalized economic policy and globalization is now hammering industrialists in a dictorial way through the panel appointed by him. The TK Nair Committee set up by the prime minister has asked industry to write a letter why the government should not be allowed to impose the penalty provision in case industry defaults on implementing affirmative action for SCs and STs in their companies. She should first initiate it from the PM and the same letter as mentioned above should be sent to all. During a recent hearing, Govt Solicitor in order to defend the tainted ministers assured SC of discussion on the matter in Parliament in future but in sealing case Congress government has first gave assurance to the Supreme Court to follow its order.

PM said that tainted ministers should continue in office till verdicts are passed! Is To include elected tainted MP in cabinet compulsion as per constitution? All politicians whether in opposition and in government are big big criminals and there deeds comes open when opposition comes into power. They all have stained images. In the hearing of the case related to the inclusion of tainted ministers in the cabinet, advocate Anil Kumar Jha asked whether a person accused of waging war against the nation, during the pending of the case before the trial court, could contest election and in the event of becoming an MP be eligible for becoming a Minister in the Union Cabinet.

They know that mostly traders are the supporters of BJP, so sealing is also a medium of revenge. Congress, its allies never want genuine opposition. They created a fake opposition such as communist parties. Sealing issue is an important issue. Congress did not feel necessity of BJP in the Delhi assembly so BJP members are thrown for three days out of the assembly. Traders kept bandh to day. More than 120 traders including Vijay Goyal BJP leader have been sent to Tihar jail where the criminals and the accused those are waiting for hanging are.

Finding the way to save leaders
Jaipal Reddy announced for making new law even to call the joint session. But Parliamentarian minister immediately denied getting the instruction from 10 Janpath.

An ordinance seems impossible at this point since the government has already announced the dates of the winter session of Parliament, and till Parliament commences, sealing is expected to resume on a low key to save the big traders especially related to the Congress and other parties’ leaders as it did in the past.

Traditionally, the Congress has won in Amethi during elections to the Lok Sabha but has fared badly in elections to civic bodies and the Vidhan Sabha. Congress candidate came third in the Amethi Nagar Panchayat election. Out of 58 nagar panchayat results available so far, 16 have been won by independents.The BJP and the Samajwadi Party have won 13 seats apiece while the Congress has only emerged victorious in six seats. Congress is also not done better in Raibareily.

BJP shines in UP civic body polls
In a major setback to the ruling samajwadi party, the BJP has emerged as the dark horse in the civic body elections. According to the counting reports, BJP has registered victory at five places in the mayoral poll while Congress has managed to bag one seat. The BJP was surprise gainer in the mayoral election and party has bagged Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Agra, Ghaziabad and Aligarh seats and the party candidates are leading in Lucknow, Kanpur and Meerut seats. The SP has won the Moradabad mayoral post. The Congress candidate has won the Bareily, Allahabad and one more. There are 12 mayoral seats in the state.

Over all, SP is doing miserably in the mayoral elections even as he leads the nagar polica parishad and nagar pachayats tallies. Out of total 417 seats of the nagar polika presidents, results of 312 had been declared. Independent had won 121 followed by the ruling SP with 84. Bhartiya Janta Party with 53 following behind while Congress had won 21 seats. Out of 194 nagar panchayat seats, results of 121 had been declared. SP had won 45, BJP 20, Congress 7 while independents were victorious at 36 places.

Who will form the next Government at the centre?
BJP is shining because it had six mayor when it was in power. In the reent byelections it did badly. Further few leaders left the parties. It remained in so many controversies. If the BJP give a lilllte push keeping this poll results then it will can sea itself in the next government at the centre.

In 200 polls when BJP is ruling party, it was the main gainer as it wrested 6 mayoral seats out of the total 12, while the BSP, SP and Congress had won one seat each. Three independents were won in the past poll. Percenage wise, BJP stood on top by notching 18.11 percent votes in the urban local bodies poll in the year 2000, whil the SP received 15.30 percent, BSP got 13. 48 percent and Congress could only mangae 8.63 percent votes.

Election is crucial as a warm-up exercise. All political parties except BSP contested the election. Allegation of large scale rigging and sporadic violence in which 2 died and 100 injured.
