Is threat to kill PM a plot of Moles in Govt?

For God sake no actual plot is to kill the PM. Possibility may be of governmental moles planning to black mail the PM as terrorists do after plane highjack. Should government take rest on presumption?

Security lapse involving the PM's convoy
A former SPG chief, who also headed the Intelligence Bureau, described the lapse as "incredible," saying it was beyond comprehension that a tourist taxi was hired and its driver was unfamiliar with the route. It was "very difficult" to explain why such a route deviation took place even after three rehearsals, he said.

Kerala police has shortage of drivers for PM’s convoy!
The larger question is why a tourist taxi driver and not a regular policeman were driving the pilot vehicle. Sources said the driver, Shiju M who was detained for questioning, had also committed similar mistakes on earlier trial runs. Some police officers have questioned the need for hiring a tourist taxi for piloting the PM's convoy when the state police department has brought vehicles worth Rs 14 crore in the last five years for VVIP travel.

Mole in PMO
Moles were in the PMOs of Indira Gandhi to Narsimha Rao and still in PMO of Manmohan Singh. The mole leaked Pathak Report related to Natwar’s involvement in Oil for Food scandal. Why did leakage of only that portion happened before tabling the full report on the table of parliament? Enquiry committee was declared to enquire the leakage but later on that proposal was dropped. Why?
