Domestic Violence by Coal Minister’s wife?

Now Film maker Dasari Narayana Rao faces Domestic Violence Act. Susheela wife of his son Harihar Prabhu has made complaint against her mother in law and others for abusing to facilitate second marriage of her son.

Dasari’s house case reached to the AP Women’s Commission
In Saharasamay news channel Susheela herself appear along with her 10 years old son. She presented her argument before the chairperson of the state women's commission Mary Ravindernath. Mary said that Susheela never said her that she is the wife of the son of a VVIP Veteran director and present Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao. She simply gave her a written complaint mentioning the name of her husband and others. So it could not be possible for Marry to see the seriousness of the case. She said that after seeing Susheela in the screen of news channel; she could be able to the identity of her. She would look the matter properly.

Today on Nov 3, indiatv reported that police has refused to Susheela for registering the FIR under Domestic violence act. It means law is only for the oridinary people not for the VVimp and mighty high profiles.

Susheela made his position to say that in the past they reached in the written settlement. According to that she was living with her child and husband in the allotted home. But now forcefully ill advice of her mother in law the husband left her to live his parent’s house with the intention of second marriage and they are forcing her for obtaining the divorce.

India’s first case booked under the Domestic Violence (prevention) Act-2005 in Tirunelveli related to the Joseph assaulting her wife a school teacher Benedict Mary, still awaits disposal, due to the non-appointment of protection officers or service providers by the State Government.

Ten-month-old Dhriti died after her father allegedly kicked her in an inebriated state, causing internal injuries. The accused is now missing. "Fifteen days after we were married, he hit me. But I didn't tell anyone about it. Even when I was pregnant, he kicked me on my stomach demanding that my father should buy an air conditioner for our house," said Maheswari, Victim the wife of a bank employee based at Warangal A.P."This Act is really a boon for women," added Revathy, Maheshwari's lawyer.

Human activists and fake seculars only vocal for terrorists
We should wait for the possible initiative of Sonia Gandhi, Minister Renuka Chaudhary, Gandhigiri’s Nirmala Deshpandy, NBA’s Arundhati Roy and Medha Patkar etc. What will be the fate of the case, against the Minister’s family? Indira Jaising is a well-known Supreme Court lawyer and women's activist. For 16 years she has been at the forefront of a battle to help all women who have been victims of domestic violence. Would Indira Jaising, Mary chairperson of the state women's commission and above said women high profiles be helping hands to Susheela for getting justice? Ten years old grand son of the minister worries for himself and his mother.
Dasari’s opinion for his own children
Dasari had introduced over 200 technicians and 100 actors to the industry but sadly when it came to his own family, he admits things didn't work out. He adds, “It’s unfortunate that my children couldn’t make use of the resources - intellectual and financial - that was within their reach. I have given them so much freedom and they misused it. It’s not too late; I’ll help them if they are willing to work hard.” Balreddy (Number One film mag) said that Dasari is one person who did not go after money!!

ghar-ghar ki kahani
The Southern film industry churned out 'family films' way back in the 1960s and later, during the 'Jeetendra phase' in the 1980s with major success. Reputed names like B. Nagi Reddy, L.V. Prasad, Padmalaya, A. Purnachandra Rao, K. Raghavendra Rao, T. Rama Rao and Dasari Narayan Rao brought ‘ghar-ghar ki kahani’ to the big screen and won the hearts of family audiences all over.

Italian Director and Dasari
Sonia should solve the problem after reading the following:
Veteran photographer Sai Ramesh (New Indian Express) spoke in a function,” the world-renown Italian director who directed award winning 'The Shetlering Sky' - wondered in the last film festival happened in India when he met Dasari and came to know that he directed more than 100 films. Later on he enquired about the productivity and success rate of Dasari and wrote in an Italian tabloid ‘La Stampa’ and mentioned the greatness of Dasari Narayana Rao.

Domestic Violence and Respect for sale
About the ups and downs in his life, the minister recollects, “At one time when I gave a series of hits, I had 30 or 40 cars at the airport to receive me. And then there were two flops and I didn’t have even one car to pick me up. I have seen all of this but one should never remember these to settle scores; one should utilise experiences in a positive way, to inspire you to reclaim your position in society. Respect is not for sale. I demand respect today because I’ve worked for it and give it to those who deserve it.”

Humanity should be seen here
One Mr. Chaudhary praises him to say: “Actor, director, producer, politician and above all a humanitarian, Dasari Narayana Rao remains one of cinema’s most enduring icon”

Freedom of press
Dasari condemned the attitude of few big producers who are trying to suppress the journalistic freedom by imposing stricture against the freedom of press. Why did not he teach this to Sonia Gandhi when on her instruction blogs of Hindu organizations which has contents against Sonia, blocked?

'no-entry-to-press' and Rajanikanth
He remembered how superstar like Rajnikanth waited in front of his house for many days to get a role in Dasari's film. He criticized the new-age heroes who raise their remuneration to crores after the 1st hit. He also condemned the attitude of certain producers who put board of 'no-entry-to-press' at their shooting locations. He urged press to revolt against such practices.

Is not luck favor to Film director?
Recalling his salad days, he says, “My life is a perfect example of how a man without any support can fight against the odds and come up in life. There is no short cut to success. I did have the zeal to act, write and make something of myself but all of that couldn’t have been possible without effort. There is no scope for luck anywhere. You just need to have confidence that you can do it.”

Is film industry related to Coal and Mines Ministry?
For the first time, Dasari Narayana Rao has revealed the real reason for him to join the Congress Party. He narrated the series of events and how Telugu cinema suffered/gained under the Governments of various political parties. It was after that telephonic conversation with CM, Dasari wanted to join Congress Party to see that ousting of TDP, which made the small Telugu cinema collapse.

Dasari joined Congress only after he was offered MP (Rajyasabha). It came as a surprise for him. Even the offering of central minister is a cause of surprise for Dasari Narayana Rao.

He said, “I am working full time in politics. I would not direct films. But I would make sure that I am in touch with Telugu film industry whenever it needs me.” Then how he can be loyal to the film industry?

VH Hanumantha Rao, another Congress MP Rajyasabha who has been claiming that he is the only one who deserves Ministry but not Dasari. VH has reaching in 10 Jan path freely. This is the problem before Dasari
