Murder of Tribal murder

Imprisoned for murdering his brother but not punished for murder in self defense. In prison he learnt: Animals should not be prisoner. Can Insect find murderer? Menka Salman Nehru talked in my dream.

I read news on June 17, 2006. There is a ‘Salva Judum’ camp in Bhairamgarh of Bastar.
A tribal named Kavasi Ayatu of Puplama village took shelter in that camp. He told his story of escaping from the grips of armed Naxalites. His story shows his mind took right and courageous decision to save himself from the prison of Naxalites. Ayatu murdered his brother. He returned after completing life sentence for that crime. When asked why he killed his brother, he innocently simply replied otherwise he might be murdered by his brother.
He told me about his dream also as following:

Menka, Salman & Nehru in my dream

“I experienced that prison time is not so bad at all. So many dreams real or unreal come and go. I don’t know how and why Menaka Gandhi came in to my dream. I began to think her love to the animals. At the same time Actor Salman also reached in my dream with his black deer poaching crime. Both are crossing each other in my sleep. My head was panic. Late Pt Nehru also entered to hammer. Nehru began to say that he was accidentally Hindu. I hated his comment. I began to say that I am a Hindu luckily. I have proud for that. So instead of cross or other religion’s symbol, jai Hanuman circled my neck. I touched my God to be fear free.

Animal should not be prisoner

In that dream I liked animal loving Menka Gandhi. I think at our animals in prison, they are night and day in their cave (cell) and that is the critical point, is it in these days and the people those days wise to treat animals in prison so at this way. Think spoiled people have to punish themselves! I have been in jail, I know how bad a man can be, but respect him too, when he underwent his fate in jail, so I ask our prison friends to undertake something for our animal friend in prison, set them free!!” Thus he finished his story of dream of humanity which he saw even in animals.

Courageous and wise Tribal Ayatu

After returning home from the prison, he began to thank. He will conquer the problems, dig them away or bury them alive, then he will see the world through his own eyes and become a grown-up man, people will help. He recalls his jailer version,” A prison is a institution, where the prisoners be in detention, till they are or seem to be healthy enough for coming back in the community (at home).” So he thought going out from the prison that now he could live with his wife and children happily. He never imagined that the night of August 8, 2005 will be again black night for him.

A group of Naxalites entered his house and wrapped his arms and legs with ropes. He could not know what they would behave with him the next day. But in the night he fingered to call his daughter. She came with sickle and cut the wrapped ropes to make him free. Then he cut one naxalite who was at the door to watch him. He injured other naxsalite. He ran away with his family. At the last they found shelter in the ‘Salva Judum’.

In the last week of April 2006, an engineer Suryanarayan was murdered in Afganistan by Taliban. He was abducted. Militants threatened to kill Suryanarayan unless all Indian nationals and companies left Afghanistan within 24 hours. "The Indian engineer was in a room with one guard, he attacked the guard and punched him, went out of the building running as other mujahideen shot him dead," Taliban spokesman Ahmadi said.

“Self-Defense Defense”

Use of force is justified when a person reasonably believes that it is necessary for the defense of oneself or another against the immediate use of unlawful force. However, a person must use no more force than appears reasonably necessary in the circumstances. Force likely to cause death or great bodily harm is justified in self-defense only if a person reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm. It will be proper to consider: 1. The extent of the right of self-defence. 2. By whom it may be exercised. 3. Against whom. 4. For what causes.

Thinking has no boundary

After hearing his tragedy Maoists friendly CPM and CPI and their symbols zoomed before my eyes: “CPM with Hammer, Sickle and Star, CPI with Corn and Sickle”. I found sickle in the symbols of both parties as well as in the story of Ayatu. No one can stop itself to think. I heard that “Jahan na pahuche Ravi, vahan pahuche kavi (Poet reaches there where sun can’t reach)”. But I think that every life thinks unlimited. Thinking has no boundary.

Forensic entomology

So my mind begins to recall “Forensic entomology”. The Chinese were probably the pioneers in forensic entomology. I am wondering to know that important Insects are also very important in legal work. In Forensic entomology, the police make use of insects to solve crime mysteries. This is one of the fields of insect studies that was neglected but has recently been looked at seriously.

When I am thinking this now incidentally my article titled “Mystery behind Pramod-Moitra Death” reminded me why police is not searching the reasons behind their murders. Now the court questioned police why not that department going on to find the facts of 7 Safderjung beyond the drug addicting?

Again I returned on the forensic point related to sickle. I recall a Chinese case of 13th century. Perhaps it was the first case related to forensic and insects. A murder by sickle slashing occurred in a Chinese village, and the local death investigator was to solve the crime. After several non-leading interrogations, the investigator requested all villagers bring their sickles and he laid the sickles next to each other on a ground. All the sickle were without incriminating evidence to the observers but after a moment Flies were attracted to one of the sickles, likely due to invisible remnants of tissue still adhering to it, and the owner subsequently broke down and confessed to the crime.

By examining a dead body and removing various insects, determine how long the person has been dead. They can often tell if a body has been moved by noting the species of insect. If insects on the body do not inhabit the area where the body was found, that indicates the body was moved to the area.

Forensic entomologists are occasionally asked to identify the fragmented remains of insects that have lodged on the front windshield or radiator of vehicles. Such an analysis can determine the probably path of the vehicle through particular areas.
