Defeat Mandal to win next election

Small is beautiful. Small family is fine. Small State is Sun Shine.

Now Dinasur of caste based reservation can be ended by adopting smaller state policy. After the creation of Jhakhand, Chhattisgarh & Uttaranchal now the party or alliance which wants to win next election should promise to public for Telangana, Vidarbha, Kaushal & 3 smaller states to UP. No chance further for kamandal against mandal.

History of Communists, their underground work at the time of Indo China war and their directly or indirectly support to Indira's emergency say that they are against Nationalism.

We can see evils of big states and show of one man party to compare following poem of Atal Behari Vajpayee:

The first in 30 years Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttaranchal have been carved out of the larger states of Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh respectively. The prime mover behind the new states, Former Home Minister L.K. Advani, claimed they had been established to “fulfill the aspirations of the people”. This progressive creation had blessing of Atal Behari Vajpayee

Business India, a fortnightly magazine, pointed: “The past decades have shown that smaller states are economically and financially more viable, administratively better governable and manageable in all respects. Kerala, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat and more recently Goa and Delhi prove the point. On the other hand, bigger states—measured in terms of both geographical spread and demographic size—like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and West Bengal, suffer from debilitating maladies.”


Carve 3 smaller states in UP

“Bada hua to kya hua jaisay paidh khajoor, Panthi ko chhaya nahin, phal laagen ati door”

The party or alliance campaigns next year for Uttar Pradesh must be on a platform of 3 smaller states. This would change the complexion of the political debate in the state and would unify the vote bank against the Mandal forces and the newly formed Mulsim vote bank parties. It would offer hope to a people who have pretty much written off stable state governments in Uttar Pradesh. The opportunities for political and economic/social growth offered by 3 smaller states as remedy to remove poisonous effect of Caste based Reservation.

Sceening Dinosaur of a state would be a compelling theme to attract voter's attention and exposing unholy alliance changing side as per convenience of Mulayam, Mayavati, Ajit Singh and Congress. Neither Mulayam nor Mayawati have the appetite for parallel power centers and hence the breaking up of UP will have the same effect as the breaking up of Bihar had on Lalu.


Separate Telangana

Fazal Ali Commission appointed by Pandit Nehru had suggested that both Telangana and Andhra be kept separate for at least 10 years. Then it could be merged if only the people of the regions subsequently wanted it. He advised the TDP to rethink its stand on Telangana and understand the growing demand for a separate State in its historical perspective.

I think the party of winning wishdom should come out openly in favor of a Telangana state. The party needs to follow up this stance with a well crafted strategy, vision and most importantly able leadership to follow the line of Chattisgarh and Jharkhand. Telangana holds the promise for the party to carve out for itself the political space it needs to be principal opposition and maybe in the next election the party in power if it plays its cards right. This is a cause that saw unprecedented 80% upwards of voter turnout in 2004 and has immense unifying potential against the divisive Mandal forces.


NCP-Sena-BJP Combination

Bajaj common choice of NCP-Sena-BJP for RS seat to spike Cong indicates the possible formidable future alliances in Maharastra.

The BJP's only chance of wresting power back in Maharashtra lie in transforming the political debate and the Vidarbha issue has that potential. BJP took the Vidarbha issue half heartedly in the past. Late Pramod Mahajan had initiated the dialogue for NCP-Sena-BJP combination. But due to the rigid ness of Shiv Sena it could not be happened.

“NCP leader Datta Meghe supported Sathe and Salve’s demand for separate Vidarbha, and NCP national president Sharad Pawar himself declared that the NCP would have no objection to a separate Vidarbha if the people so desired.

Shiv Sena divided. Udhav is not powerful as Bal Thackeray. BJP has lost Pramod Mahajan. So there is chance for Sharad Pawar to hold his upper hand in Mahrastra to make a combination of NCP-Sena-BJP.

The move to rope in the NCP into the NDA fold had come in the wake of the meeting Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray had with Deputy Prime Minister L.K. Advani in Mumbai in 2004 where this issue had figured with the Sena not being averse to it.


Create “Kaushal” in Orissa

The Kosal region is historically, culturally and linguistically different from coastal Orissa and has all the qualifications to become a separate state. There is a need for creation of a new state comprising western Orissa districts as the region is different from the rest of Orissa in all areas.

The eleven western districts included in the proposed new state are Sambalpur, Bolangir, Bargarh, Boudh, Kalahandi, Nuapara, Jharsuguda, Sundergarh, Deogarh, Sonepur and Angul. A majority of these districts are drought-prone areas of the state.

Balgopal Mishra, a senior BJP legislator from western Orissa, is spearheading the movement to revive the demand for the new state. Mr Mishra heads the Kosal state action committee. He had launched a Rath Yatra in the region which covered all the eleven districts. The party with winning wisdom should read political astrology with facts.

My suggestion is not for a specific party. As a citizen I have right and duty to suggest some thing to any one or any party or any alliance. Youth will support who will go against Reservation. 80% villagers will support to the formidable force which will promise for smaller states not from back door but openly and whole heartedly. If any one want to be cunning then voters will punish them as they did in the past.

There should not be devaluation of PM post. Gandhi Dynasty should not be Reserve caste for PM post. There should be end of one man parties. They have ate too much to make fool people.

Now they should learn lesson from the preaching of Sant Kabeer:
Sanyee itanaa deeiye, jamen kutumb samay
Main bhee bhukaa na rahoon, Sain naa bhukaaa jaay
