Reputed media such as Hindustan Times published contents of anonymous letter to dishonor the Journalism flag. So called newspapers publish any one produce anonymous letter related to 10 Janpath?


Police goes on presumption

Police fabricated false facts against Rahul Mahajan. The special court hearing the case granted the bail to Rahul and observed that the entire case was based on presumptions and the court needed evidences. “Are you presuming that the talk of adjustment between Rahul Mahajan and Sahil means that Rahul regularly bought drugs and distributed it,” the court asked. To this the prosecution said it was based on presumption. Is there any law to prosecute such irresponsible and killers of characters of youths?

Is police pressure not seen in various controversial reports mentioning drug? CFSL report which has come in does not specify the amount recovered. The prosecution failed to come up with any evidence to prove the section 27 A of NDPS act (dealing with financing of drug deals) charged on Mahajan that attracts harsher punishment.


Media in triple role of prosecutor jury & judge

Pseudo-secular media including Electronic channels commented that Govt. was not serious to arrest & to fabricate a strong case against Rahul Mahajan. They started parallel investigation. Even they started to give judgment as naxalites. Media have done this in the case of kanchi Shakracharya also. Media is fully responsible to disturb the investigation or to play in the hands of their political financer. The media misguide the people every time. Still media is saying that police appeared to soft-pedal the issue because a VVIP son was involved. The media hype, marked by a near complete lack of balanced reporting, is indeed disheartening. Even The Hindu said Mahajan snorted cocaine. Does it accept the word of the three young men as final?

Media wants to guide judiciary also to follow the unconstitutional path of comrade Somnath Chatterjee. Marxists had gone against the judiciary from time to time. Is media in the grip of Marxists as Congress?

I'm innocent, Rahul tells cops, media I’ve not done any drugs. But this was not in media heading. Is media for killing the character of youths?
