Save Afzal: Vote is God
First step: Under a planned conspiracy ‘Save Afzal’ move is going on to divide the religious unity of India for gaining votes in the coming assembly elections of five provinces.

Supreme Court verdict of hanging Afzal came in August 2005. UPA, its allies and Anti-Indianess elements remarkable step is to make atmosphere for hanging the Supreme Court order instead of hanging the Afzal as per SC order. Just after that Congress CM of J&K started move to save Afzal. Slowly and slowly as per fake secular planning others joined the move. Even Farooq Abdulla of national Conferense threatened the Supreme Court judges. All these fake seculars including UPA government demanded mercy for Afzal but not by Afzal in writing. Afzal’s wife went with his child to meet president. President met them alongwith a lady lawyer Haskar who is also publicized as human activists. She never said that Kashmir is the part of India.

Second Step: After evoking the sentiments of Muslims second step of the mercy seekers are to guide Afzal for presenting written mercy appeal before the President. This was done to appease minority and for getting votes in the coming assembly election of five provinces. I myself have written an article for that at that time and asked the question regarding this.

Third Step: Now as per preplan third step Mohammad Afzal, who faces death for his role in the terror attack on parliament five years ago, filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court for settomg aside the punishment awarded to him in August 2005. This could not be done when Supreme Court passes order. Knowingly according to planning delay is created. I don’t discuss here about this move.

Fourth Step: A book has been published according to the planning of fake seculars to say that Afzal Guru was not involved in attacking the symbol of democracy. According to the book security agencies created a fake attack on the parliament. This is not the new policy of the fake seculars and their government. Railway Minister Lalu Yadav gave statement to the lok Sabha relating to burnt Sabarmati Express at Godhara. After that he appointed Banerjee Commission. The Commission said what lalu said in the parliament. According to them, ‘karsevaks’ of the train compartment burnt themselves.

Fifth Step:

ON THE eve of the fifth anniversary of the December 13 attack on Parliament, Home minister Shivraj Patil, who undertook the task, asked the Opposition not to provoke relatives of the victims of the December 13 terror attack to mount pressure on the government for rejecting the clemency petition of Afzal.

The families of the slain security men returned the medals to an official at the Rashtrapati Bhavan

Bitta loose his one leg in the attack of terrorisnt on him. He was a right hand of former Congress PM Narsimha Rao. He is not a member of any party of oppossion. The families of martyrs are also not the members of any political party. Then on what basis Home Minister insulted them.
Shivraj Patil has both legs. Perhaps he is not a member of those families of martyr. Patil was also one who was saved by the brave soldiers of above said families at the time of attack on the parliament. Brave soldiers did their job. Should Fake secular government behave like that?

CBI Enquiry demanded for Abhishek Mishra's mysterious death
On the basis of facts Dr Subhash Chandra Mishra, father of victim demanded for the CBI enquiry. Dr. Mishra is in the service at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and the family doctor of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Former Jharkhand chief minister Arjun Munda too has demanded a CBI probe into the incident. Shilpi, sister of Abhishek Mishra is in
Delhi with her family and is pleading for an enquiry into his death. The family of the victim originally of Gurgaon (Haryana).Bharat Anand said in a news channel that Ragini prepared the food items in the picnic. They have five kg mutton. Two kg ate by them. They kept remaing three kg for eating later.

Shivanand Tiwari came to know the tragedy from the channels. He was in Chennai at that time. From there he said that at that time also Bharat Anand was went along with his nephew Shani to play cricket in Giridih. It was being said that his Nephew was dead by accident. At that time also Bharat said that he was gone in the search of Shani by walk though vitim was gone by motorcycle. At that time also Bharat neither meet vitim’s family nor he attended death funnel.

Bharat was ex-student. He left the institute before three years. Then why did he keep relation with them? On their version it is clear that Ragini was more than a friend of Abhishek. Bharat and Vishal have also friendship with Ragini. After the sad tragedy Ragini also did not try to make contact further. He phoned only one time to give information in two three lines.

They went to picnic in the van of Bharat. As per the statement of victim’s father Dr. Mishra, Ragini was always gone outside with the Railway’s van with armed security. Then why was van of Bharat used to go Dassam Falls ?
In a channel's question about the bood on the face of the victim , Bharat answered that there might be possibility that villagers used such thing because of that blood occured on the face. But he was not sure on that.

According to Bharat, Vishal and Ragini all went to police station. FIR is in the name of Vishal. After that they reached at CM’s house? On whose instruction and along with whom, Bharat, Vishal and Ragini went to the resident of Jharkhand CM Madhi Koda for relax.

The death of Abhishek Mishra, a 24-year-old student of computer science in BIT- Mesra at a Dassam waterfall near Ranchi got surrounded in a mystery after it was revealed that he had a love affair with Railway Minister Lalu Prasad's daughter Ragini. Mishra accepted that his son and Ragini were “very good friends” for almost three years. “Ragini used to phone me quite often. They were very good friends,” he said.

The search operation was undertaken by the villagers only in the morning today under the supervision of village headman Debang Munda on the request of Dr. Mishra after giving them Rs. 10,000. Why did police and administration not feel necessity to find out the death body from the Dasham falls?

Police have found two witnesses to make a story for producing in the court. Bharat Anand is the only son of Giridih public prosecutor Virendra Rai and a relative of former Jharkhand mines minister Ravindra Rai. Another friend in picnic was Vishal pandey. Mishra claimed that Anand and Vishal Pandey had visited chief minister Madhu Koda on the day of the tragedy before “disappearing”. “Why weren’t they detained by the police?”

Bharat, told The Telegraph that he had spoken to Mishra this afternoon. “He (Mishra) has no doubt about us but he just wanted to know that if someone else was with us. But there was no one. It was an accident,” Bharat said. The picnic was Abhishek’s idea, Bharat said. “We did not want to go to Dassam but Ragini said she wanted to go to a secluded place as she did not want to be identified,” he said.

Suspense in Silence
Victim’s father Dr. Mishra told reporters: "Luckily daughter of Lalu Prasad Yadav called me and told me that my son had drowned. I quickly stopped my car and spoke to her. But they did not tell me anything till last night. Later they came and sat next to me. I asked why they did not tell me anything. “If they were good friends, they should come forward and narrate the incident to me. Why are they staying away? This leads to suspicion. I have, therefore, demanded an independent inquiry by a central agency like the CBI,” said Dr. Mishra before leaving for New Delhi this evening by train.

Finger is raised on the Police Role
Dr. Mishra, Abhishek's father said the police had seized Abhishek's laptop though his mobile was returned. After the mishap, the laptop, two mobile phones, were with Ragini who later passed them on to another student, Anwar. “The police should have seized all belongings, why seize only a laptop which can have vital clues? That too without an FIR,” Dr. Mishra said, before taking away all his son’s belongings with him to Delhi . Abhishek's body was fished out and cremated in Ranchi on Dec 10.

The father of victim Abhishek also wondered why police were eager to declare that the death had been accidental. “The police have submitted the post-mortem report without the viscera examination. I know there is no facility in the state, but they should have sent the viscera to forensic laboratories outside Jharkhand. The autopsy was done within 15 minutes and that declared him drowned
,” Mishra said.

Superintendent of Police (rural) Upendra Kumar said Ragini accompanied Abhishek for the picnic at the waterfall. The post-mortem report said Abhishek died by drowning, he added.

Abhishek's father blames administration for distortion of facts
"Had the administration been strict, this kind of an incident wouldn't have happened. What were the warden and the authorities doing? I want a CBI probe into this matter," said Dr S C Mishra. He also added that Institute administration instucted to the students for not talking to us. So no one wanted to talk about the incident. Aministation and Police not co-operated Dr. Mishra. The Vice-chancellor of the BIT, S K Mukherjee claimed that Abhishek and his friends who had been to the spot did not intimate the insitute officially and that the villagers informed them about his drowning.

City editor comes under the scanner
The telegraph reported, not only politicians and bureaucrats, but editors of city vernaculars, too, have come under the scanner after the death of BIT student, Abhishek Mishra. Abhishek’s parents have complained of the “indifferent attitude” of state administration. As bereaved parents, their reactions are understandable. But an editor of a newspaper went a step further and commented that children of VIPs, too, have a “personal life” and none have a “right” to peep into it. The report spoke at length of a politician’s daughter and also defended the daughter, who was also present there. Though his comments were honourable, one can’t help wondering; did he “feel” about the privacy issue after a word from the politician, who holds an important portfolio in the cabinet?

After that I discussed to my one advocate friend about the incident. He said that person had power to grip the ghost and on the basis of that he told all about me and my family rightly. So I can say that Jinn of Jinnah has captured the present Indian Government.

Congress led government against ATS and Maharshtra Police

Evidence of the ISI involvement in the Mumbai serial train blasts together with those of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad and Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) says it all. But if they disbelieve the findings of ATS and Maharasthtra Police then why does Pakistan believe?

Balloon-PM became without air ‘Hava’ on Havana
Musharraf and Manmohan agreed there last month to set up a joint institutional mechanism to counter terrorism. The General cleverly "managed" Singh to concede that not only India but Pakistan too was a victim of terrorism and that both needed a joint institutional mechanism to fight terrorism. What is more, the Prime Minister is said to have given his consent without consulting his own Cabinet Committee on Security. Importantly, experts would have us believe that the US Intelligence had proposed as far back as 1991 that India should set up a joint counter-terror mechanism with Pakistan. But the proposal was shot down as meaningless in the context of Pakistan and its perfidious past.

All that has come to pass thereafter has proved right the initial surprise and strong opposition to the joint mechanism by most experts both in Indo-Pakistan affairs and national security. In fact, the joint anti-terror mechanism between our two countries continues to defy logic. The Musharraf talks one thing today and quite the opposite tomorrow obviously to save his dictatorship in Islamabad.

Government of India is called secular government since independent! We adopted secular constitution. In the name of sedcualrism every sin is done even after the independence. These caste and religious based secularism is played to abolish the caste and religious discrimination.

Over the last 60 years appeasement policy has grown into every campaign-cycle industry for specified minority groups to buy their votes in whole sole through novoative political philosophies. Now UPA government made it more transparent legal bribe ideology of Secular Congress and the 10 Janpath. No politician in so called secular parties is immune from this legalized form of graft. Every fake secular politician and party inclduding Congress, SP, RJD, NCP, Muslim league, CPM, PDF of J & K and others goes to the dance with one partner and leaves with another. They may take talaque with in a miniutein the state assembly elections. And the Indian taxpayer is left to sit out the dance, alone, in the corner of the ground, room or hut.

These fake seculars only need the voters for about an hour or so every five or less years to get elected. Once in office the politician doesn't need the voter until the next election. Greed being what it is, even when the fake secular party is independently wealthy, the money he uses to get reelected comes from special interest groups of criminals, separatists, insurgents, infiltrators, corrupt busness establishments. They have no hesitation to encourage the terrorists and naxalites also for this.

Politicians notoriously bring one party to the dance and leaves with someone else. It is called shamefully ‘Nothing is impossible in politics’. That's why we always become disappointed in those we elect to public office. Samajwadi Party and Left parties support UPA in the centre from outside and fight inside the states election to make fool the people and to kill the soul of democracy in the name of secularism.

For the fulfillment of wonders of secularism Congress created Minority Commission and extended caste based reservation policy. Antuley was forced to resigned as a CM of Maharshtra due to the corruption. Now he is a cabinet minister for making Hindus in the minority. For this he has made grounds for separating Jains and others from Hunduism. Being a minister he is supporting religious reservation for Muslims.

Now leaders are openly says that reservation policy will be continue minimum for three generation. UPA Government now wants to give religious extention. Sachchar Committee has submitted the report to PM Manmohan a secu-liar head. Sachchar reported that population of Muslims is redudcing in India . It means ‘one man more wife’ and ‘not adopting the family planning’ are the reasons for the decrease of Muslim population! Another reason may be more killing of Muslims by terrorists in comparison to non-Muslims.

Reuter reported that Christian’s new graves are not finding space in Kolkatta. It is also perhaps the indicators of decrease in the population of Christians! But Sachchar Committee has not said a single word for family planning or keeping more wives. Haz pilgrims now get incresse 10,000. It is also for the improvement of the economic condition of Muslims! President of Maharashtra Minority Commission criticized the Maharasthra Police and said that SIMI was not involved in the 7/11 train blasts.

There is no conversion of BSP, Republican and minority votes. These are solid vote banks, no chace of failing. A dalit family was killed unfortunately in Bhandara Dist of Maharashtra . Naturally that should be protested. But there was a violent protest against that. There is daily killing of families as media reported. Are these without caste? Fake secular and their blind followers evoke sentiments to say that was dalit family. But secular media never finds a murder of non dalit family. They will give boldly figure them avoiding the killings of non-dalits. Should murderer be a caste in journalism and in the statements of leaders?

Now on the direction of Italian born and grew up Sonia Gandhi and Minority Commission PM under the super pm decided to give the legal bribery in the name of compensation to the Gujarat riot victims. Manmohan Singh was also the Finance Minister in the Narsimha Rao Govenment. Shibu Soren and other JMM leasers were got beribery for giving votes in favor of Rao Govt to save it. So Manmohan and other members of Sonia’s kitchen cabinet adopted the same bribery trick. But this time it is more legalized.

Shibu Soren and others could not be punished due to the Article 145 of our Constition. More than 100 times Congress has amended the Constitution. But it never felt necessity to ament the 145. This is tragedy for Shibu Soren that that bribery taking make him killer. Due to that now he is in Tihar Jail instead of that Congress Government in which Manmohan was also a minister.

The UPA government decided to give Rs 7 lakh as compensation to 5,000 so-called riot victims in Gujarat , the same amount given by the government to the 1984 anti-Sikh carnage victims. But there was no mention of relief for the Godhra victims. Perhaps it happened because those karsevaks burnt themselves as reported by Lalu and his Banerjee Commission! Perhaps secular government forgot to register the suicide case against those. It is open fact that decision to award compensation to the 2002 rioters has not only exposed the hypocrisy of the UPA government, but also made the Congress vote-bank politics amply clear. Giving similar relief to the victims of terrorist attacks on Akshardham temple and other places might be against secularism and the constitiontion. So Secular head Manmohan alopted more transperancy to legalize the bribery other wise who will him Oxford University returned scholar. Sonia has genuine love to India so she suggested genuine bribery to Muslim Victims.
Media reported that Centre Government’s decision of Rs 7 lakh to each of the Gujarat riot victims as compensation is because the same amount all the 1984 anti-Sikh-riot-victims were paid. But secular media and secular parties not demanded for the vitims of other riots which happened after 1984. Government found only one riot of Gujarat after 1984!! After 1984 , many riots have taken place in Gujarat and all over the country. Why are those people excluded from such benefits? Don’t ask this question if you want to live in Mush friendly India . To day Musharraf also becomes the admirer of Sonia Gandhi. MM has already bowed his head through Joint Mechanism.

When sentence was being given, Sidhu, dressed in a blue suit and turban, was present in the jam-packed court during the arguments which lasted two hours. BJP leaders Arun Jaitley, Avinash Khanna, Satyapal Jain and Akali Dal leader Daljit Singh Cheema were also present in the court. Sidhu resigned from Parliament after the verdict, but has hinted that he would remain in politics and campaign during the Punjab Assembly elections in February.

NRI Bajwa wants to contest on Sidhu’s Lok Sabha Seat
NRI Vikramjit Bajwa, has joined the BJP on November 11. He was made the in-charge of the party’s NRI Cell. Vikramjit Bajwa from California, who with other NRIs thought of celebrating the Democrat victory here in India, said there were over 2.3 million Punjabi voters in the US. He said that nearly 80 percent of these were Democratic Party supporters. Bajwa, 46, who grew up in the Chandigarh city schooling at St John’s but migrated to US 1979 to become a real estate broker, said NRIs had a definite interest in US elections and would be counted in the 2008 presidential elections too.
Bajwa seeks quota for NRIs in Punjab poll

Five seats in every political party in Punjab should be reserved for Non-Resident Indians. These views were expressed by a US-based NRI and vice-president of Indian National Overseas Congress Vikramjit Singh Bajwa at a press conference held today. Bajwa is also a member of the Democratic Party in USA.

Bajwa said that he had met various leaders including BJP chief Rajnath Singh, president of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee Shamsher Singh Dullo and also Avinash Rai Khanna. He has floated the proposal that seats should be reserved for NRIs preferably in Ludhiana and Jalandhar. The aim, he says, is to get more NRIs in the Assembly.

Citizenship without voting rights means nothing
The grant of dual citizenship with voting rights during the Parvasi Divas in New Delhi in 2007 should go a long way in strengthening the political rights of the NRIs, he hoped. “Dual citizenship is welcome. But citizenship without political rights means nothing. Take the example of Israel where the President came from the US after living there for 30 years. Why not allow NRIs to participate in the political process of the country to give them a sense of security and equality,” asserted Mr Bajwa. He has urged the UPA and BJP leadership to pass the voting rights bill in the November session.

Dissatisfaction on the Punjab Government
Expressing dissatisfaction on the working of the governments in Punjab, whether represented by Akali Dal or Congress, Bajwa said that they have never fulfilled any need of the NRIs. In fact the number of false cases filed against them is increasing. He also called the NRI Sabha in Jalandhar a defunct body.
The earlier concept of the elderly NRIs returning to their native states for retirement was undergoing a change in the fast-changing socio-economic scenario and the NRIs were returning to their roots in the states like Punjab and Kerala in the age group of 45-50 years for doing business and settlement. This necessitated the voting rights for the NRIs, which all major political parties had promised to bring out, Mr Bajwa claimed.

Punjab Government should set up trade & tourism centers in America
Bajwa said that they want the Punjab Government to set up trade and tourism centres in North America from where NRIs could get the latest information about investment opportunities available in Punjab. Mr Bajwa, who is Vice-President of Indian National Overseas Congress, say that some of the NRIs were skeptic about promises made from time to time but were not honoured. For example, he said, the Punjab Government promised to promise NRIs as nambardars in villages. But it did not happen even after more than a year.

Don’t be limited only up to Gurdwara eledtions
Bajwa feels that Indian community in USA was still keeping itself aloof from the political system there. Except for gurdwara elections, where they spend lakhs of dollars, they refuse to get into political process. “My effort was to make them move from gurdwaras to get assimilated in the local political system as well. Now I have set my next target to Congress election in 2007,” said Mr Bajwa.
NRI Conf on Dec 11
An NRI conference would be held on December 11 in the Chandigarh city which would be specifically for the upcoming elections in Punjab. A list of NRIs who are interested in contesting would be prepared by December 15. In this selection 50 per cent of the candidates would be women. He said that NRIs, especially those in the USA, were doing their best for the country by supporting and partially funding India Caucus which has now 103 Congressmen, both of Republicans and Democrats.
Mr Bajwa, who is also a prominent Democrat activist in the USA, also made a fervent appeal to strengthen the Democratic Party in the US Congress and the Senate. The strengthening of the Democratic Party could restore the balance of power in the White House and ensure a comparatively peaceful world.

NRIs should influence voting just like the Zeus
‘NRIs want the Punjabis to influence voting in US just like the Jews from Israel have built a strong lobby for themselves in the American system.
He said NRIs had started a campaign in recent months in the US to register more voters from the India-American and Punjabi community so that they could stand up and be heard. The campaign started after the discrimination against turbaned, bearded and brown skin people increased in the post 9/11 scenario, Bajwa added.

Problem of NRI grooms and bridegrooms
Mr Bajwa said that he was also keen to seek a long- term solution to major problem of NRI grooms and bridegrooms leaving their spouses back home. “It is something which is affecting the whole community. There is a large community of Indian immigrants whose applications for political asylum are pending. They are also responsible to a large extent for this problem as they cannot sponsor their spouses till their cases are settled.”

Mr Bajwa donated Rs 51,000 for treatment of poor children at the General Medical College and Hospital here. Vikramjit Bajwa Bajwa presented the cheque to Punjab Governor S F Rodrigues during a meeting here. During his interaction, Bajwa assured more help from his NRI friends to save the lives of children belonging to poor and needy families.He also made offers for joint ventures in sectors like information technology, education and health and for setting up of a super-specialty hospital in the Union Territory of Chandigarh, of which Rodrigues is the administrator.

Secular heart could not touch the families of the brutally murdered Sikhs in 1984 Anti-Sikh riot. It could not dare to give monetary support to the family of the murdered Shashikant Jha, though the court did this today.

Congress is totally responsible for the disaster of Shibu Soren. Soren is a tribal leader. He is not clean shaved. Political underworld don Congress forced him to be a member of its gang. He confused after taking bribe. He said in the praise of Christian Missonaries that they convert tribal of four legs into the tribal of two legs. By giving money and using force of other sources Christian Missionaries Convert most tribal in the Christianity. Congress made them fool by giving bribe in the exchange of votes to save the Congress government headed by Narsimha Rao.

Sonia led Congress led UPA government’s main target was Hinduism. To day we see this in the argument of CBI which is constituted under the PMO. CBI argued today in the Delhi Court that Soren was a conspirator as Jai Chand and Vibhishan. Ram Bhakt Vibhishan is compared to Jai Chand by this half Christian Governmentl. This issue will be discussed separately in another article.

In 1993 Congress was ruling in the centre by a thin majority. Opposition was declared for bringing the No-Confidence motion against the Rao Government. All opportunist leaders including Buta Singh, Bhajanlal and Vidhya Charan Shukla gathered to save the Congress Govt. They bargained the leaders of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha for ‘Bribe in the exchange of votes in the support of Congress’. The same tact is of Christian Missionaries in converting the tribal. They proposed 50-60 lacs bribery to every supporting parliamentarian of JMM. These JMM MPs accepted the proposal.
Even in the parliament one briber MP said that he received only 10, 3 lacs still remained unpaid.

One bribe taker entered the house of a minister to say that thieves are following him and he could not know how he save this huge money. Later on the suggestion of that minister that money was kept in the Nairoji City branch of Punjab and National Bank in many installments.

As reported on Aug 4, 2000 witness said: The bribe money allegedly paid to the JMM MPs (Suraj Mandal) in the Members of Parliament bribery case was deposited at a Delhi bank in July 31, 1993 , a prosecution witness(Jawahar Lal) told the court hearing the case today. Jawahar said that on reaching Suraj Mandal’s residence, they were handed over two suitcases (withdrawing it from a Bangalore branch of Canara Bank) containing currency notes by Mr Mandal, which they brought back to the bank in his van. They were followed by another official of the bank in a separate car who brought cash in two bags. Jawahar stated that the bags were taken to the bank manager’s cabin where the money was taken out and counted (currency notes of Rs 500, 100 and 50 denominations).

Soren has been convicted because all this — including the fact that he took money from Narasimha Rao’s men in July 1993 just about the time when the Rao government was almost falling but was saved because Soren and other JMM MPs voted for him in the Lok Sabha — was established before the sessions judge.

In Indian democracy no one has right to punish Congress for capturing power to rule by giving bribe. And yet, there is no way to prosecute him and try him on a charge of subverting democracy by facilitating an extended life for the Narasimha Rao government beyond July 1993. If Soren had not voted against the motion then (and voted in the manner he did only after he was paid off), the government would have fallen then and there. It survived until May 1996! This, indeed, was a case of subversion and a more heinous crime than murder done by Congress.

Congress has amended Indian Constitution more than 100 times. It is ready to make the law for inclusion of the tainted leaders in the cabinet. Sachchar Committee even recommended for making IAS in madarsas to govern the country, though Musharraf is being forced for bombing on madarsas. Congress led government has passed the Office of Profit Bill to save Somnath Chatterjee and others. It abolished the POTA to give free hand to terrorists and their supporters. It can do all to be in power. It can’t live without power as fish can’t live without water.

Appearing for the petitioners, Raja Ram Pal and others in the `cash for
query' scam Mr. Jethmalani argued that the freedom of speech of the MPs was wider than the right to freedom of speech and expression guaranteed under Article 19 of the Constitution.

He said that unlike certain restrictions under Article 19, the rights of a member of Parliament under Article 105 of the Constitution (powers, privileges etc. of the Houses of Parliament and of the Members and Committees thereof) could not be subjected to any such restriction.

Mr. Jethmalani said that the apex court had recognised this right in the JMM bribery case and laid down that under Article 105 no member could be punished for any speech made in the House or the casting of vote by a member. He said the apex court had let off the bribe-takers because of this privilege though the bribe amount in that case was much more than what the 11 MPs were alleged to have received for raising questions in Parliament.

It means right of a member who had been elected was to remain for the duration of the House. These rights were statutory and constitutional. Only statutory and constitutional provisions could bring about termination or extinction of these rights. Article 102 provided for disqualification of members and it would be open to Parliament to provide a clause under this Article that a member would be disqualified if found guilty by the House to which he belonged of conduct unworthy of a member of Parliament.

In its more than 50 years rule, Congress never think about the Article 105. Because of this Narsimha Rao Government could be saved by the Congress by giving bribe which has already been pooved and because of taking bribe Soren is pushed in the political death well by Congress.

Congress is responsible totally for the disaster of Shibu Soren. The facts in the Soren case bring this to the fore. Soren’s career graph shows he has always been a rebel. The rebellion in him was ignited when at the instigation of a money lender, his father, Shobaran Soren, was murdered. Soren could not bear the loss. He vowed to get his region freed of the "tyrants" and initially his slogan was "Jharkhand ko soshan se mukti doo" (free Jharkhand from exploiters). Subsequently, the movement gave rise to JMM. Soren became the torchbearer of the struggle.

The 1960s saw the exploitation of tribals touching a new high with money lenders, landgrabbers, landlords, businessmen and forest mafia getting foothold in the coal and mica belts and bringing with them all the vices. They plundered the forests, seized the land of adivasis and desecrated the rivers.

Rose from the midst of maltreatment of tribals, Shibu took up cudgels against the tyranny of exploiters. He organised mining workers, dalits, backward classes under one banner and posed a challenge to the mafia. He soon came to be known as "jungle leader" and "tribal crusader". With the murder of Soren’s father, the struggle gathered momentum. Since then, Shibu Soren had only one-point mission — to get a separate state of Jharkhand.

Now the same economic times has explained: “It was bad camera angle that gives the impression of a kiss on the lip, in what is just a friendly embrace. But one television channel picked up the picture and went into hyperdrive with a sensational headline - Maharani Ka Chumban - flashing the photograph every now and then. Another Hindi TV channel ridiculously described it as a 'Shahi Kiss' . As readers of ET know, air-kissing is a common phenomenon at corporate dos and high-society parties. Political parties, from the Congress to the BJP, went to town with the picture - clicked by a PTI photographer - and raised a huge hue and cry. This just shows how bankrupt political parties are when it comes to raising real issues. TV channels, equally hungry for the 'breaking story', pick up such insignificant events and blow it out of proportion.”
Series of violent gandhigiri protests have been reported from various districts against Ms Raje over this issue. While activists of National Student Union of India burned her effigy in Bharatpur, the Janvadi Naujawan Sabha in Rundhiya of the district expressed their resentment over it.
The Youth Congress in Jodhpur observed Black Day and staged protest over the CM’s indecent behavior. A schoolteacher in Mrs Raje’s constituency Jhalara Patan in Jhalawar district has resigned from his service to protest against the CM’s conduct and disrespect for the Indian culture.

Late Rajiv Gandhi had offered embrace to then Pakistan Prime Minister Mrs Benazir Bhutto. Congress embraced that embrace. Congress has no right to exploit Mrs Raje’s greeting to a friend for political gain. He said the when Mr Gandhi had hugged Mrs Bhutto during her visit to India in 1987, the BJP did not make an issue out of it. But he lamented the fact that the Opposition party is making an unhealthy much of a healthy gesture on part of the CM.

Alexander Davis, 20, had been charged with seven counts of burglary and with aggravated animal cruelty, for which he received the maximum sentence of five years. He also faces five years probation after the jail term, Higgins said. Davis was arrested in August 2005 after a woman returned home to find her home burglarized and her 1-year-old rat terrier burned to death in the oven, which had been set to 400 degrees.

Naina was burnt in the Tandoor of Bagiya Restaurant
On the night of July 2, 1995 , Delhi police constable Abdul Nazir Kunju and Home Guard Chanderpal saw smoke emanating from the open-air Bagiya Restaurant in Ashok Yatri Nivas (now called Indraprastha Hotel). He demanded to PM for making enquiry but Manmohan wanted that Jaswant Singh should give the name of mole or Jaswant Singh himself make enquiry!! Why Congress Government heistated for making enquiry in such a serious matter related to the secrecy of nuclear technology of our country. I have already given the facts in my previous articles related to moles in PMOs of Indira Gandhi to Narsihmha Rao’s Governments. Due to the moles neither Indira Gandhi nor Narsimha Rao could do the Pokhran.

There was or is mole in the PMO of Manmohan Singh also who leaked the specific portion of Pathak Report related to only Natwar Singh. Natwr Singh himself has hinted for this.

Some politician thinks that the moles are behind the Indo US Nuke Deals. Former PM Vajpayee and other leaders not only of the opposition but also outside supporter Left parties wanted the discussion on the Indo US Nuke Deal. Why Manmohan Singh is still adamant not to discuss the deal as the Congress of America is discussing. Is American Congress is superior and Indian Congress is Inferior? Bribe Givers and not the Bribe Takers will be prosecuted!!
A trial court had convicted Narasimha Rao in the case in October 2000. The Judge of the trial court, Ajit Bharihoke, had found both him and his Home Minister, Buta Singh, guilty of entering into a criminal conspiracy between themselves and with others to abet Members of Parliament to demand and accept bribes in lieu of support to the minority Congress(I) government headed by him during the voting on a no-confidence motion. Both Narasimha Rao and Buta Singh were sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.2 lakhs each under Section 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Here it should be notable that bribe Givers and not the Bribe Takers will be prosecuted as per the prevailing laws. This constitutional atrophy arises from the Supreme Court which in 1998, a five-member Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court, in a split decision, upheld the immunity enjoyed by MPs from legal proceedings for their speeches or vote in Parliament. The majority decision, delivered in response to a petition filed by some of the accused in the JMM bribery case, meant that all those who cast their votes in the Lok Sabha, including the bribe-takers in the JMM case, enjoyed the protection of Article 105. However, bribe-givers, even if they were MPs, could be prosecuted.

Shibu Soren had strong motive for murder of his Secretary (PA)
The CBI had said Jha's knowledge of the alleged deal between Congress and JMM to save the then P V Narasimha Rao Government in the January 1993 no-confidence motion had led to his murder.

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Shibu Soren had a strong motive to get rid of his former personal assistant Shashinath Jha, the Central Bureau of Investigation has told the court of Additional Sessions Judge BR Kedia.Appearing for the CBI, AK Singh submitted that Shashinath Jha was killed because he had been asking for more money than granted from the booty of Rs 60 lakh allegedly paid to the JMM MPs for their 'favourable' vote on the floor of Lok Sabha. Shashikant Jha being a secretary of Soren was aware of the details about the bribe received by Soren to support the minority P V Narasimha Rao Government in 1993.
“We have got justice but the two boys have not yet been charged by the CBI. They had asked us to take Rs 20 lakh and close the case. But I had resolved that I will fight for justice till I die," said Priyamvada Jha, Shashinath Jha's mother.

The agency had also contended that three days before his mysterious disappearance, Jha had allegedly sodomised a JMM activist -- a relative of Soren.
The chargesheet had alleged that Jha was taken by Nandu, the prime accused and five others at a house at Piska in Ranchi on May 22, 1994 and after that they killed him in a nearby jungle and buried his body.

The agency had said Jha was last seen in the company of Mehta.
The CBI had exhumed a skeleton from Piska Nagari in 1998 and claimed it was that of Jha.

Following the recovery of the skeleton, Soren and six others were arrested in the case. The CBI had said Jha had on several occasions allegedly demanded money from Soren to suppress the facts relating to the no-confidence motion.
The investigating agency had said that Soren initially paid Rs 15 lakhs to Jha to establish a garment export factory in South Delhi and when the business failed, the victim began extorting money which finally led to his murder.

Indo US Nuke Deal: Killer and the Moles in the government

Dr. Manohan Singh was a finance minister for full terms of five years in the Government of Narsimha Rao. Former Foreign Minister Jaswant Singh has already said in his book that there was a mole in the PMO of Narsimha rao. He demanded to PM for making enquiry but Manmohan wanted that Jaswant Singh should give the name of mole or Jaswant Singh himself make enquiry!! Why Congress Government heistated for making enquiry in such a serious matter related to the secrecy of nuclear technology of our country. I have already given the facts in my previous articles related to moles in PMOs of Indira Gandhi to Narsihmha Rao’s Governments. Due to the moles neither Indira Gandhi nor Narsimha Rao could do the Pokhran.

There was or is mole in the PMO of Manmohan Singh also who leaked the specific portion of Pathak Report related to only Natwar Singh. Natwr Singh himself has hinted for this.

Some politician thinks that the moles are behind the Indo US Nuke Deals. Former PM Vajpayee and other leaders not only of the opposition but also outside supporter Left parties wanted the discussion on the Indo US Nuke Deal. Why Manmohan Singh is still adamant not to discuss the deal as the Congress of America is discussing. Is American Congress is superior and Indian Congress is Inferior? Is any one blackmailing the Congress led UPA Government?

Murli Manohar Joshi has rightly said that due to this nuke deal UPA government became a peon sitting out side awaiting the decision of Amrican Cangreess. Bribe Givers and not the Bribe Takers will be prosecuted!!
A trial court had convicted Narasimha Rao in the case in October 2000. The Judge of the trial court, Ajit Bharihoke, had found both him and his Home Minister, Buta Singh, guilty of entering into a criminal conspiracy between themselves and with others to abet Members of Parliament to demand and accept bribes in lieu of support to the minority Congress(I) government headed by him during the voting on a no-confidence motion. Both Narasimha Rao and Buta Singh were sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.2 lakhs each under Section 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Here it should be notable that bribe Givers and not the Bribe Takers will be prosecuted as per the prevailing laws. This constitutional atrophy arises from the Supreme Court which in 1998, a five-member Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court, in a split decision, upheld the immunity enjoyed by MPs from legal proceedings for their speeches or vote in Parliament. The majority decision, delivered in response to a petition filed by some of the accused in the JMM bribery case, meant that all those who cast their votes in the Lok Sabha, including the bribe-takers in the JMM case, enjoyed the protection of Article 105. However, bribe-givers, even if they were MPs, could be prosecuted.

Shibu Soren had strong motive for murder of his Secretary (PA)
The CBI had said Jha's knowledge of the alleged deal between Congress and JMM to save the then P V Narasimha Rao Government in the January 1993 no-confidence motion had led to his murder.

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Shibu Soren had a strong motive to get rid of his former personal assistant Shashinath Jha, the Central Bureau of Investigation has told the court of Additional Sessions Judge BR Kedia.Appearing for the CBI, AK Singh submitted that Shashinath Jha was killed because he had been asking for more money than granted from the booty of Rs 60 lakh allegedly paid to the JMM MPs for their 'favourable' vote on the floor of Lok Sabha. Shashikant Jha being a secretary of Soren was aware of the details about the bribe received by Soren to support the minority P V Narasimha Rao Government in 1993.
“We have got justice but the two boys have not yet been charged by the CBI. They had asked us to take Rs 20 lakh and close the case. But I had resolved that I will fight for justice till I die," said Priyamvada Jha, Shashinath Jha's mother.

The agency had also contended that three days before his mysterious disappearance, Jha had allegedly sodomised a JMM activist -- a relative of Soren.
The chargesheet had alleged that Jha was taken by Nandu, the prime accused and five others at a house at Piska in Ranchi on May 22, 1994 and after that they killed him in a nearby jungle and buried his body.

The agency had said Jha was last seen in the company of Mehta.
The CBI had exhumed a skeleton from Piska Nagari in 1998 and claimed it was that of Jha.

Following the recovery of the skeleton, Soren and six others were arrested in the case. The CBI had said Jha had on several occasions allegedly demanded money from Soren to suppress the facts relating to the no-confidence motion.
The investigating agency had said that Soren initially paid Rs 15 lakhs to Jha to establish a garment export factory in South Delhi and when the business failed, the victim began extorting money which finally led to his murder.
