Hindu faith a medicine Vs Christian Missionaries

Hindu faith a medicine Vs Christian Missionaries

Pseudo-secularists encourage healing fraud of Benny Hinn. Wife of Benny Hinn is the friend of Sonia Gandhi. To please Sonia, CMs of Andhra and Karnatak climbed on the stage of Benny Hinn at Bangalore. Glady Staines started fraud of forgiveness. She gave an interview regarding this to Mid-Day on April 16, 2005. These are going on under the international conspiracy. Gujarat Government's stand against religious conversions in the State was the main reason for revoking Modi’s visa. "They (Americans) think that by providing monetary benefits, they can conduct (religious) conversions in the State. But that person (Modi) did not allow it to happen and so was denied a visa", Narendra Modi said on April 18, 2005.

The Conference on World Mission and Evangelism seeks to empower participants to continue to form healing communities in celebration and witness, reconciliation and forgiveness. The theme of the conference "Come Holy Spirit, heal and reconcile!" is a reminder that this mission does not belong to us, but is the mission of God, who is present and active as Holy Spirit in church and world.

Holy water to attain motherhood
Secular leaders and media take the following news as a joke and a sign of blind faith.
“ Women drink ‘holy water’ to attain motherhood: “It is widely believed that if a childless woman consumed the water of the holy tank ‘Maricha Kunda’ before taking her bath on the day of Ashokashtami, she will attain motherhood. Ashokashtami is a major festival of Lingaraj, the presiding deity of the famous Shiv temple.”

Hindu way of life is Hindutva or Hinduism as ruling given by Supreme Court. Hindu Way of Life is Hindu medicine. Every tribal of India is a doctor with his traditional knowledge of Ayuveda and Biotechnology, in his home and in his village. Tribes know better about the God gift forest. Americans and other foreigners are getting patents of the knowledge of our tribes. Govt. could not provide them MBBSs. Christian Missionaries spread their work there in exchange to convert them in the Christ. Glady Staines got ‘Padmashree’ and on advice of Sonia came back again Orissa. Contrary to this Kanchi Mutt got jail. Even today Investigating Officer (IO) Prem Kumar was making it difficult even for advocates to appear in the defense of the Kanchi Sankaracharya.

Medical students and their faith- being a Hindu medic
Sumita Kini who was the third year student, University of Sheffield, UK in 2002 wrote, “: The contribution of Hinduism to modern medicine comes in the form of complementary medicine. Yoga and ayurveda are age-old arts of healing, the difference being that the healing process is aimed at all mental, emotional, and physical aspects. Healing is a holistic science of daily living that supports health and happiness.”

“Between 50 to 90 percent of all diseases can be affected by patient belief,” says Herbert Benson, M.D., president of the Mind/Body Institute at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. “And, 90 percent of Americans report that their strongest belief is in God.” A 1993 Israeli survey following 10,000 civil servants for 26 years found that Orthodox Jews were less likely to die of cardiovascular problems than "nonbelievers."
A recent conference in Boston revealed that medicine is taking a serious look at the role of “faith” in healing, and some observers call it one of the hottest topics in science today.
At a Boston Conference sponsored by Harvard Medical School, one of the participants predicted that in just 10 years patients would be questioned about not only their personal medical history but also their spiritual belief system.

Faith means having strong belief systems, whether you're religious or not. Spirituality can be practicing yoga or meditation, or just contemplating nature. An optimistic outlook and the ability to handle stress are qualities needed to prevent depression and to fight back when serious illness strikes. Hata-yoga, India's is a gift to the world, which has been copied and imitated everywhere. Meditation, this extraordinary technique of coming back to one's self, of settling the mind and the body, which is today practiced by millions around the world -- another bequest of India to humanity. For three millenniums Pranayama, the science of respiration, perfected by Indians. 'Does the breath have any religion?' asks Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of the Art of Living movement, which has spread today in 140 countries. Origins Investigation into the origins or roots of both yoga and TM show quite clearly that these are essentially based on Hindu religious philosophy and practices going back into ancient history………. Meditation has always been a key religious activity and was an integral part of ancien Hinduism.

George Smith is also Assistant General Secretary of 'Christians in Caring Professions' (CiCP) and the organisation's official spokesman on New Age and Alternative explained: “Medicine… There is little doubt that yoga and TM are inextricably linked by their Hindu origins.[………..Yoga is widespread and popular at some universities and YMCAs. It is also interesting to note that in the 1980s the Department of Education investigated yoga and decided not to allow certain funding for this on the grounds that it was a religious activity…………….It is sometimes claimed that there is such a thing as Christian yoga. This must surely be a contradiction in terms. It cannot be possible to have Christianing the practices of yoga and TM from an orthodox medical point of view and also from a Christian perspective, it is necessary to determine the origins of these practices, their aims and the means used to achieve these aims………. Would it not be rather odd, for example, to suggest to a Hindu patient that he or she should not be involved in yoga or TM? If a Christian or 'non-aligned' patient asks for advice, it is to my mind quite proper to give them accurate and sustainable information regarding these practices.”

We celebrate mother principle. We see God as mother. We worship Bharat Mata. We sing ‘Vande Mataram’. We are still facing affects of T-tsunami. There were hundreds of tourists trapped at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, off the coast of Kanyakumari district. In an amazing display of humanitarian collaboration and bravery, the local fishermen saved roughly 500 of the 600-trapped people. Swami Vivekananda, who had a vision of the divine mother at Kanyakumari said: "The calm sea is the Absolute; the same sea in waves is the divine mother: She is time, space, causation..."
Thus "shiva is shava (corpse) without shakti (consciousness), represented in the mother Form...Ramachandra prayed the Goddess for long seven days. As the 'shoka' or sorrow of Ramachandra was removed by the death of Ravana, this day is called Ashoka (devoid of shoka) Astami or Ashokastami. Some religious texts are of the opinion that Parvati could get Shiva as Her husband on this day and she became 'Ashoka' (removed off sorrowfulness) and therefore, the festival has been named as Ashokastami.
